How customer service should be
My spa was delivered with the wrong cover however Daniel Nunley was very helpful and provided excellent service. A new correct cover is on the way and he renewed my faith in the workforce of today.

Thank you for taking the time share your experience. The PDM 30 is the filter the 3500 spa, as you now know. It is new to our team, as the manufacturer did not communicate the change of the new filter when the spa was released.
We have always had one single filter for AquaRest spas, and we simply failed out of old habit. We do, however, have the filters (newly added to the website) clearly marked in the descriptions now.
I hope that provides a better experience if we can earn future opportunities with you.

Quick and Helpful
They responded even on the weekend and were friendly and fast getting my order updated. Update: recieved the hotub with a hole in one of the water lines. I called customer service and they had it fixed within a week. Water doesnt stay hot with the jets on. Water went from 104 to 97 degrees in an hour with jets running half that time and its 50 degrees outside so i dont think it should get that cold. Otherwise it works ok for a budget friendly tub.

Pump replacement
What made my experience great was the employees and how they went above and beyond to make sure I had the right part number so we could order the right part. Probably the best customer service I have had in a while and that's hard to come by now a days.
