I have purchased previously from this company and the service provided along with the competitive pricing has always been excellent! I was struggling to source a spare part for an Oase Biosys skimmer filter recently and contacted Aquapet. They went over and above to confirm the correct part i needed and sourced it very quickly. Collected today as they are local to me and at a very good price, hence small businesses like this need support rather than the likes of Amazon!

Purchased a tank, browser added a 10% off code. Order accepted and being packed to ship then got an email saying where did you get your code from. They then wouldn't honour it and cancelled the order. Not great for such a large purchase.

The motor unit on my fx6 filter unit completely failed,luckily I had a smaller backup.Ordered a replacement from Aquapet was here within 24 hrs,great service,fantastic price and very fast delivery.When it comes to must have replacement items this business is first class.Highly,highly recommended.

It's when something goes wrong you really find out what a company is like. I cannot praise Aquapet enough for the way they dealt with my order after the initial glitch. Customer service from Lucie was first class and my replacement lamp turned up the next day. I would certainly buy from Aquapet again. Thanks guys.

Very satisfied with the next day service from Aquapet. Vital as my heat lamp stopped working. One happy Tortoise now and one relieved pet sitter.

AVOID: I made a purchase on Aquapet on the 4th of June 2020. To make the purchase I created a virtual debit card on Revolut that terminates after a single use (something I often do with online purchases for security). Fast forward to 2022 and Revolut sent me a notification saying that someone tried to use one of my expired cards for a purchase in Florida USA!!! I looked into it and sure enough it was the card that I created and used exclusively for Aquapet. The card number was only ever shared with Aquapet and terminated directly after purchase. This could only mean that Aquapet - either intentionally or through bad IT security, allowed my card number to leak to scammers. How many people could've got scammed and never been able to trace it back like I could to a purchase they made two years ago with Aquapet???

Would give NO stars if i could,Bought tropical fish tank with filter/heater etc dec 2021 and today (7 months later) The filter is no longer working,I emailed the company straight away and was told to post back the filter for them to see the issue (Sorry but by the time i post it,waited for diagnosis and then new filter,my tetras would be dead,My god) So i went to pets at home and got a new tank and filter!!! So i paid over £50 for a product that is cheap rubbish obviously!!! Not happy atall STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! Surely you should get longer than 30days warranty (Proves they know there stock is not going to last)

I have my receipt from your company + emails (with ur reply to me with exactly the same business adress as this company) So NO i do not have the wrong business thanks very much i 100% have the correct one,My name is jayde kerr and i emailed your company last week,To be told its 30 day warranty on your filters + as i said my tank + filter etc is 7 months old from yous! Terrible company!!! Now trying to make out i have the wrong company 🤣 110% the correct company

We ordered the fluval marine 3.0 light for a great price on the aquapet website. Item arrived the next day with no issues. Good service and would use them again.

I previously gave an unfair review of Aquapet. The product was supplied without plugs. My understanding was that this was not correct. I was wrong.
