Originally, I gave a 1star review because vacuum died after one use.
However, the company sent me a new vacuum, and I've been using it for a week or so and it's actually quite nice.
So, changing to a 5 star because they deserve it.

Here is a warning to avoid purchasing products made by AQUAFYSH. I purchased their elf08 robotic pool cleaner which had a retail price of over $300 with sales tax. This seemed reasonable compared to other robotic cleaners and I was anxious to find an easier way to clean the pool The first three cleanings went well (other than a limited run time of about 2 ½ - 3 hours before the batteries need recharging). A business trip kept me away for about three weeks and when I returned, after charging the batteries, I was dismayed to find that the robot wouldn’t run. I was even more dismayed when I was told that the item was not returnable because the third party vendor was refusing returns. The final exasperation was when I contacted the maker (AQUAFYSH) through their website to see if they would do anything and never received a response. So, I would have been much better served if I had put that money toward a pool cleaning service rather than a robotic cleaner that is now in the garbage.

I bought the pool vacuum July 31. 2022 from the Overstock store. I have used it Aug, May and June and it stopped working. I am in my year warranty window but because I bought it from the store that gets Sam’s overstock they said I’m out of luck. You would think you should stand by your product. I didn’t pay for the overpriced vacuum and got it for $250 but since I didn’t spend $399 my product shouldn’t last. I guess my $250 is nothing to them. Don’t buy. Find a vacuum that has a better warranty.

Bought last season (2022) and within two months stopped working. Sent an email in August of last year with no response.

This aquafysh vacuum makes pool cleaning so easy! We have an above ground pool that gets use daily and 2 boys that are in and out the pool all day manage to get debris inside but this does a great job at cleaning it all out. Definitely recommend this. My oder is 1004, I buy it on aquafysh.com. I like ELF08 Pro Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner Pool Vacuum Robot. thanks a lot.
