Payout took a while cuz I broke some rules which I later passed properly.. but the most important thing is that they payout and are super cheap .. totally worth it if you can follow the rules .. please find out about all the rules . They paid me completely. Thanks guys . Y'all are invited for Easter.
With the chart display. Which turned out to be user issues. Me! Thanks to Larry, they were resolved. Dude is a star! His help was appreciated, Mr. Aqua Futures Boss People.
AquaFutures promised quick payments and delivered, professional team of people in admin, great platform and supportive Discord group, I can see myself with this firm for long time to come, will definitely get an extra account with them!!
I have had an issue with the platform not letting me close my trade. I have asked the customer support to look into it, but they refused and asked me for a video proof. I did not know this, and I was so stressed that I did not even think about it.They just don't care

I started trading AquaFutures on February 2026, since then all has been great, prices are really good, verification after passing my evaluation phase less than 24h (normally 2-3h), and my first payout received in less than 24 business hours so everything is great here.
Thank you very much AF
Excellent support from the team. Shoutout to Yazeed for resolving the issue.
Great customer service and nice work helped me resolve my account issues quick
Great customer support that responds and resolves your issues within minutes.
Thanks for all you do, looking forward to my 2nd payout.
Aqua Futures’ risk rules are extremely misleading and set traders up to fail. Calling a $1,250 threshold a “daily loss limit” implies a temporary stop for the day, but in reality it functions as an instant account failure trigger. That is not standard across the industry, and it’s not clearly communicated in a way most traders would reasonably expect.
The limit itself is also unreasonably tight for a $50K account—just a couple of normal losing trades can wipe you out, even if your overall performance is solid. When you combine that with a trailing drawdown, it creates a system where even disciplined traders are eliminated quickly.
This feels less like a fair evaluation of trading skill and more like a structure designed to maximize failure rates. The terminology used does not match the severity of the rules, and that lack of clarity is a serious issue. Traders deserve transparency, and this setup falls short.

Yes they are paying the traders. They have the most strict Rules like no news trading, biggest single profit trade> biggest single loss, 40% consistency, no copy trading in Evalutaion.
If you pass all these rules they pay you for sure.
The delay for payout is like decades, I passed every rules on March 3, I cant able to request payout(due to their website issue) dont know, it could have been fixed soon. But took 5 working days(8 hours/5days a week) to do request manually on March 9(I didnt received any confirmation Email also, that I asked and got nothing. After 6 working days(Including March 9 also because it was raised internally so) I received payout on March 16.
while these days, I contacted the support back and forth almost everyday.(2 days I didnt disturbed them, as they telling that i dont need to message them or create regular tickets) Besides, On the very first day itself i asked for manual process of the payout(they told it cant be done, even though it was their fault not thinking forward about the platform change will affect the process) but at the end the payout was made manually.
Contacting the Support team and the Firm Higher ups is very like contacting some higher ranked government officials(for every message member has to wait 6hours, until March 13 if I am not wrong. Now it was changed to 5min cool time.(I mean, if people spamming, its Ok, but for everybody was creepy at that time).
Beside these, they keep their word like payout guarantee with 48 hours(working hours which is 6 working days) from the date of requesting payout(not time date). Also you payout processing is what I am telling, the approval of the payout will be conformed by the relevant risk management team(that dont have deadlines) once they approve you get the payout.
After you following the above said things you can definitely get the payout for sure. They are not deneying(as of now)
P.s: I have all the proofs, for both me followed all the rules and their award winning custormer support.
Rules are good conditions are good just they need to improve there payout speed otherwise everything is best recomend 👍 follow rules you'll get paid

i had my first ever payout here on this prop firm, i never did it before. If someone asked me if i could do it months ago i would never answer yes without praising aqua futures for their commitment to traders consistency. Their set of rules just made me realize what i've been missing every time i lost a evaluation before. I'm at a equilibrium now
Guys, tons of hidden rules, and guess what, you will lose your account and try to talk to the very poor customer service team, who will convince you that it is your problem that you didn't understand their hidden rules, and it is your problem that you didn't ask them in Discord before trading.
Then, if you keep asking them for a solution, they will block you from the Discord community, like what happened to me exactly.
So stay away, they will keep lowering their prices to attract people, but I am telling you, no one will take a payout from this company.
