Avoid at all costs
If you want a company who will provide good customer services even when there are issues, avoid this company at all costs.
We ordered a bath and the item had been packaged in such a way that the bath panel was completely kinked over the bath on the pallet, meaning that when the panel was removed and pulled out back to its normal shape, the kinks split, leaving us with a split in the bath panel.
I emailed Aquabliss explaining the situation, provided photos of the damage and the way it had been packaged prior, and requested a replacement bath panel. Well, I have never been met with such obstruction by a company and extremely bad attitude both over the phone and on email. Basically, because we were unable to provide a video of us unpackaging the entire pallet, with the delivery driver standing there, they refused to believe us. They were a broken record, consistently stating "the damage wasn't there on delivery".
The bank agreed a chargeback based on our evidence as the product we received was faulty, to which we were threatened to be taken to small claims court by Aquabliss. We regrettably up paying the full amount to settle the matter and are now left with a bath with a split panel, which we will have to try and conceal and hope the split doesn't worsen as we get in and out of the bath!
As a comparison, we have dealt with several companies to source our bathroom and have received a few damaged items. We reported the matter in exactly the same manner as we did to Aquabliss, the difference being is that the other companies rectified the matter immediately, collecting the damaged item and replacing with a new one, meaning I will shop with them again.
I will never ever use Aquabliss again. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

My advice is don’t use them. 3 months ago I bought a sink which didn’t arrive and after chasing them up was told it had been broken in transit. Last week I mistakenly bought from them again and have now been told courier has tried to contact me but couldn’t do the item has been returned and a refund will be processed. I’m not sure if this is an actual company at all, they have completely wasted my time twice. Never had this before from anyone and I have bought a lot of stuff online over the years. Complete shambles. Will not use them ever again.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
Hi Aquabliss,
I hope you read this—especially since you've blocked my number in what seems like a desperate attempt to avoid taking responsibility for a clear error on your part.
Aquabliss sent us the wrong bathtub. When we flagged this, instead of acknowledging the mistake, you quietly updated the product imagery on your website to match the incorrect item and claimed that the SKU matched—so there was “no issue.” This was blatantly misleading. The only explanation offered was an “issue with our image feed at the time, which has since been resolved.”
As a so-called “gesture of goodwill,” we were told to arrange the return ourselves, and you’d consider covering a reasonable cost. It’s baffling that Aquabliss—who caused the problem in the first place—refused to take any actual accountability.
After getting nowhere over email, I called for a proper resolution. We are stuck with a bathtub we didn’t order and can’t use in our limited space. On the phone, a representative from Aquabliss repeatedly refused to take responsibility, telling me to “read the terms” in a condescending tone. When I asked whether Aquabliss’s terms stated that even when Aquabliss makes a mistake, it’s the customer’s responsibility to arrange the return, he bluntly said: “Yes.”
Throughout the call, he kept gaslighting and deflecting. In a moment of understandable frustration, I said, “We have a f***ing bathtub in our home that we didn’t order”—to which he smugly responded by telling me to “work on my vocabulary.” Thank you, Aquabliss, for the tone policing.
After about 15 minutes, he hung up on me. I called back again, asked to be put through to someone in upper management, and he refused—then hung up again. On my third attempt, it was clear my number had been blocked.
Since Aquabliss continues to avoid resolving this properly, we’ve sent a Letter Before Action and are escalating the matter further.
This isn’t just appalling service—it’s completely unacceptable. I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision before ordering from Aquabliss.
Update to previous review
By way of an update to my 1 star post from December 2024.
Aquabliss recently challenged Trustpilot that my post was defamatory.
Trustpilot have now determined that it was NOT defamatory (clearly more a reflection of a company with poor customer service).
The update also is that my credit card determined that I was able to have a full refund with respect to my purchase from Aquabliss (a basin and unit that were delivered but not as shown on their website-totally different product-I have the screenshots and photos).
It took 5 months to get my money returned, but in reality I am still out of pocket as I had to pay to get the plumber back to fit a correct unit ordered from another company who delivered what was depicted on their website, unlike Aquabliss who sent the incorrect product, refused to change it or refund it and then stopped answering emails.
I would strongly recommend to others to pursue either a credit card refund, or small claims if you have experienced something similar with them.
Trading Standards were brilliant in their advice as Aquabliss clearly do not know the legislation relating to the issue at hand or just wish to bamboozle people and stop them pursuing a just result.
Thanks to the regulators who are protecting consumers from companies who should know better!

I was interested in a bath tub but needed some more detailed measurements than what was on the website. The Aquabliss team went to the warehouse to measure up the bath tub and provide them within a few hours. I was impressed by the extra mile this company goes to help their customers
Backwards compatible after 12 years!!
It was useful information from your sales dept that assisted me in selecting my new D-Type shower cabin. My original shower cabin was purchased from Aquabliss around 2013 and has given us good service for three adults daily using the shower. Recently it became clear that the old frame was leaking and I was advised by my plumber to purchase a new shower cabin. Aquabliss still marketed the D-Type shower cabin although from another supplier. I though I would have to buy a whole new shower tray as well as the cabin, but a discussion of the situation with your sales team assured me that the new cabin would fit on the old shower tray - which itself as perfectly sound. I have a plumber coming this weekend to remove the old cabin and assemble the new one. The old doors, which are curved glass will probably end up on my wifes allotment as a set of cloches!

Ordered a combination badin and toilet unit only received the unit , called to aske where my toilet was said it was only unit and in ver very small print description said unit only . Customer setvice were unhelpful would not arrange return and was too costly to send back so not a great experience. Wrote into complain but no response received

I am delighted to write a review for Aquabliss. I bought a fancy shower enclosure, a toilet, a sink basin unit and a towel heater from them. I was very happy with the communication with them, with their attention to detail and with delivery. I was actually worried when I first decided to order from them, due to some negative reviews I found online. Thank god I called them and discussed my fears. I found their customer service to be fantastic. If you are concerned, it would be best to call them to get a feel for their customer service before you order.

I gave 1 star as the refund policy is very poor. I bought a 900x900mm quadrant shower enclosure, but it is too small, and I wanted to return it. I was told I need to get my courier which will cost me almost more than I paid for the shower. I am now out of pocket and stuck with an unpacked shower door.

Product arrived damaged, looks like it has previously been on a building site due to the items found inside the bathroom unit.
We tried to arrange a replacement but they said we would have to pay for the pallet delivery to be returned although this was no fault of ours.
Rude on emails, took a long time to respond when they did respond, no offer to send a replacement, will not refund us. We have disputed this with the bank but the Aquabliss are arguing that we signed for the package and the package has been moved since we signed for it, and that we have damaged it.
Very poor customer service, this company should be shut down.
Let's hope trading standards catch-up with you soon.

Shocking customer service
Shower tray arrived broken, emailed pictures and called customer service to arrange replacement. Incredibly rude response, extremely hostile at every point, suggested I had broken the shower tray, suggested I was incompetent and a liar. Only wish I had read the other reviews before ordering. Credit card dispute raised. Avoid at all cost.
