How a big company can be small minded
I bought a AQMOS r2d2 72 with an extra valve (via Amazon.nl, but directly from AQMOS) for a good price, including €20 transportation costs. After 2 days I'm called from the German location (headquarters?), that there went something wrong (a bug in their system) and I have to pay €20 more for the transportation of the extra's (didn't fit in the box). After discussing about a possible solution, they didn't even offer to split the charge. The only option they offer was to cancel the order of pay the extra €20, for their fault. I's like to give a 0*, but that's not possible, but for me it feels strange that a company that big can be that small minded.
The company is not compliant to their own statement: 100% client satisfaction, like the write on their website!
Even more strange when they already fixed the 'bug' on Amazon, they still offer the medium size (r2d2 48) with extra's still free of transportation charge?!
