Good products and prices

Received a damaged tabletop.i requested a replacement and the customer support tried twice to give me a compensation instead. Since I insisted on a replacement they dispatched one.

The mangohout table and the eetstoelen are perfect and not expensive. The customer service is fast and friendly. There were some missing screw but after contacted the customer service, I received it within 2 days. Highly recommended!

Bad experience delivery time
We have been waited for 4 moths to get our TV unit without any information from their aq-living. I always called them to ask the product status. We haven’t got update the product which i bought even they sell it on their website where the expected delivery within 5 working days. Quite interesting!! And we gave up to buy it

TentWorld is a Scam – Still No Refund, Legal Action Imminent
Avoid TentWorld at all costs. I returned a tent and was promised a refund – including shipping costs – supposedly initiated on July 21st. It is now August 1st, and I haven’t seen a single cent.
Their excuse? That a credit card refund can take “up to a month.” Nonsense. Every serious business processes refunds within days.
After multiple emails and zero proof of any actual refund, I have involved my lawyer. All emails and phone records have been retained and will be used in court if this isn't resolved immediately.
TentWorld hides behind empty promises, provides no transparency, and clearly has no respect for their customers. This company is not just unprofessional – it’s dishonest.
