Aptive does not provide a reasonable time window of their expected arrival. The technician does service the interior of the home unless requested by the home owner.

I'm still infested will cobb webs front…

I'm still infested will cobb webs front & back yards. The tech did knock on the door to notify me had arrived and I explained and showed him the problem.
He said he would do an upgraded treatment, but I've still got the webs and my roses and plants have fungus on them, even though I spray them! It would be nice if you contacted me before you come. I keep the gates locked so if I don't know you're coming, you can't get in. If you contacted me by my land line, no text; I would make sure I'm here. I have sent you numerous request but get no help from you. I even planned on cancelling the service if I can't be taken care of! Please reply by phone my, landline only Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
