*claimed his boss had a badge to solicit. The company does not.

*claimed our neighbor sent him, they did not nor does it matter
Look up the company! They are scammy!!!
I will be getting a no trespassing sign and next time I will be pressing charges.

Scheduling Complaint
On my most recent service appointment my technician called me the morning of my appointment and confirmed my service time so I'd be home for the appointment. Then he showed up one hour early (while I was out) did the service minus the inside of my garage and left. When I got home to wait for him to arrive I had no idea he'd already been there until I got the Aptive email saying my service was completed. That really bothered me as I purposely made sure I was home for service time we discussed and he showed up early with no notification. That made me feel like his time was more valuable than mine and makes me question why bother scheduling an appointment if the technicians are just going to show up whenever.

Isaac did an excellent job
Isaac was very friendly and polite. He told me exactly what he was planning to do, and then did it. I also asked him to focus on a couple of specific areas around the exterior of the house, which he did. Isaac did an excellent job.

Although the service is okay
Although the service is okay, Aptive representatives who came through my neighborhood gouged all of us in pricing for a one year contract. We were told if we cancelled before the first year was up, we would owe the company $200. I plan to cancel and treat my own home.

Service seems to be effective overall
Service seems to be effective overall. But contacts and scheduling are automated, making it difficult to communicate specifics. I recently received message notice about upcoming service for a wrong date, per my website account with them. Technicians change nearly every visit. Some techs provide messages to coordinate their visit and report afterward, others do not.

Quick and frictionless service. Very clear communication and friendly staff. Most importantly, no insects in my house! I lowered my score due to the price, but other than that, great company.

Horrible experience
I previously utilized Aptive's services during my residency in Texas, which influenced my decision to re-engage their services upon relocating to Virginia. However, my experience in Virginia has been unsatisfactory. I perceive that the technicians dispatched for service visits provide minimal application of treatment both indoors and outdoors. I have been contending with an ant infestation for the past two months. Despite four separate technician visits, the issue remains unresolved. I was assured that a specialized treatment would be applied during the most recent visit; however, the technician who arrived was unaware of this directive. His actions were limited to applying additional solution in the kitchen area, without implementing any specialized treatment or investigating the source of the problem. Consequently, I initiated a cancellation of my service last week, but I have yet to receive a formal cancellation notice. This experience has been one of the most disappointing I have encountered. I have communicated these concerns to customer service representatives, supervisors, and the retention department. I cannot endorse this company to prospective clients.
