Aiden sent a text letting me know he was on his way. He was on time, asked if I had questions or concerns before he started. He told me everything that he did and asked again if I had any questions. He’s pleasant and does a nice job.

The technicians are professional and complete their tasks promptly.

Signing up was simple. The treatments are applied on a regular basis. Billing is easy. They will come back to apply extra if needed.

I’m gonna say this to make sure anyone…

I’m gonna say this to make sure anyone who is reading this will understand that all I’m doing is be honest, real, and spreading MY HORRIBLE experience! But here we go….
So I called them , and a couple other places to try and get the best price!! Well Aptives sale team is very smooth at talking that’s for sure. When I first called i was told that it would be close to $700 but i could break it up into payments when they provide service! My first payment was $168 and then there after it would be $116!! Well the first time they was scheduled they didn’t call like they said they did and then after they uploaded the pictures like they do it was the wrong unit when i brought it to their attention they said they would send them back out the next day.. the next day no one ever showed up so again i have to call all day and then they try to tell me they couldn’t come out for another 4 days because of holidays the next day was already booked!! But to be honest I was heated by this point and I wasn’t settling for that so they get a supervisor on the phone and they said I would have someone at my home the next day and get a credit of $167 and then the next visit would be covered! The man that came the last visit that actually did his job correctly was more than awesome! I am pretty sure his name was Justin!! That’s the only reason they got a One Star , I can say the supervisor’s also has been really awesome with making it right! well come to find out if you do the budget the charge you monthly and it is a year plan which would be making me pay double what they quoted me! Well the next visit again no text no call and no knock on the door so again only half the treatment was done once again and when I called once again had no reason why I didn’t get a call or text and how are they gonna charge me like I’m not ok!! I would never recommend to anyone!

Our pest control specialist provides service above and beyond all expectations!

Our pest control specialist arrives on schedule, established a cohesive plan of attack, modifying it when results warrant, and from my perspective they have been excellent! The technician' very inobtrusive when he stops by, and I have no complaints!
