Not satisfied!
I ask the technician to really pay attention to ant beds in the flower beds but he missed them. He was only at our house for less than 20 minutes to do inside & outside. The worst service from Aptive ever. Usually the other technicians do a thorough job. Still seeing ants in the yard.

Terrible Customer adherance
Since day 1, we have requested to be "first" on the list, or early morning spraying. We have had about 10 services, and not 1 has been before 11am, some as late as 6PM. Techs all seem just fine, and all gave generally good service, but the office is run by people who never update their notes, nor do they comply with any requests, and their computer scheduling/rescheduling options are totally useless. They are 2-3x the cost of other services, without any added benefits. We have also had 10 different techs, so a new one each time to show around the house and property... We have always had a bug service, so their is not any problem with this part to speak of..

I appreciated the technician's enthusiasm for completing the job correctly. My yard was unavailable for pest control treatment because workers were repairing my fence. The technician called her manager for guidance and proceeded to treat the inside of the house and a small section of the outside. She also assisted me in scheduling a follow-up for a complete treatment at the next available appointment. I was impressed with the technician’s exceptional, customer-friendly service—a job… well done!

Mosses great, Aptive poor
Mosses was quite good and did his best to accommodate me. That is why I have given 5 stars for him - not for Aptive. When I asked Aptive to service me, I was having a severe problem with Carpenter ants. Aptive and I agreed on a time from 1-5 pm on Friday the 17th. I made other meetings and plans in the morning. Aptive gave Mosses a service time from 8am to 8pm to try to accommodate customers. He notified me at 8:43 am that he would be arriving in about 30 minutes. I had to drop all my plans and rush to get back home to be at my house. Was not happy about this. Not acceptable. I certainly would not rate Aptive 5 stars.

not a quality product and not what i signed up for. they have come to my house three times. they never once announced their arrival. they simply walked around the house sprayed the flower beds and left. they have never sprayed the interior of my home.
