My experience is always good. I came to ask Begonia D some questions and she answered them all.
Worse company to deal with don’t care about your babies safety, found plastic in my babies powder, contacted them about it, blamed me for putting it there, this isn’t the end off it
Further your to your reply your company is pathetic your milk powder cost £14.50 on a supermarket band you give me a £10.00 Tesco voucher to cover the cost off a new tub, so not only did you basically cause a choking hazard for my baby you also leave me out of pocket complete joke off a company and you can be sure I will be going to the media about it

Ready to drink formula delivered twice gone off. Lumpy and smelly. Ordered direct from Aptamil. Expiry date in December, but already gone bad in Sept when they arrived. Ignored by customer services who I spoke to but never came back to me on email like they claimed they would. Very disappointed.

So we had issues. We started off from cows&gate, through cows&gate comfort and ended up switch to aptamil comfort.
Going through cows &gate and c&g comfort baby got constipated, we went from midwife, health visitor to gp. Was told to give baby extra water (baby was 4wks old) didn't help...
They did tested poop. I want to point that poop was green.
So I decided enough is enough and i decided to change the formula to aptamil comfort. Within a week colour of poop changed. Baby started pooping easier. She still poops every 3 days but now (7wks) poop has turn yellowish- and much less green which is normal on formula-breast baby. So I do recommend this product. The only downfall is the price.
REALLY?! £18.
