Disgraceful customer service !
Ordered a dress for my wife's birthday.
Got an email in the morning telling me it was dispatched.
The next thing, in the afternoon I get a notification that I've got a refund for the dress.
No information as to why.
Not only that but they didn't even refund the postage !!
I had to complain to get it back.
No apology, just told me it was out of stock.
Totally disgraceful customer service !

Not totally convinced !!
The shape of the top of the skirt could’ve been a tad more flattering .. colour and texture wasn’t quite the same as picture and once again too long and requiring it to be shortened . I haven’t returned it because I’m hoping with a chunky short jumper and boots will make keeping it a good decision !!! Not happy that yet again I have to add to the cost by having it shortened.
