I ordered 2 pairs of Jeans
I ordered 2 pairs of Jeans. I already have a pair that fit perfectly, I struggled used the size chart for comparison, I am usually a size 12 regular length. The items were not available in UK woman size but in Cm's. Both pairs of trousers were about a size 18- 20 and far too big. Please can you have a comparable accurate size chart available

Looking into this, I can see that a member of the team has since responded to your email to advise that the voucher may have been routed to a spam or junk folder and has resent the gift voucher for you.

Ordered a navy shrug
Ordered a navy shrug. Returned as faulty, ladder in the fabric on the arm. Reported to customer services. Noted if the item was returned as faulty I would be refunded delivery cost, never received this. Re ordered same shrug only to receive same shrug with same fault in same place. Reported to customer services again and haven’t received a reply or refund for postage. Will not be ordering again from Apricot

It’s a marvel I received parcel at all ….
Apricot clothing is well made and accurately sized. My problem is with the delivery company Evri. Came home to my clothing being partially rammed through the letter box. I live on an open street with door being in full view of passers by, no fence or garden. It’s was a wonder it was still there and that the clothes were undamahed. Evri are a disaster.
