Impossible to contact,dreadful customer service

I bought Apramo push chair on 28/02/25, attempted to contact 28/08/25 as it developed a fault with locking the handle when open. Since then I have emailed you a further 2 times, contacted you via contact form on your website, spoken to your "helpline" twice (who claimed not to be able to deal with warranty queries) and,finally, sent a recorded letter to the address on your website. This has been returned to me unopened.
Please advise how to ask for advice with a request for help with a repair to the pushchair, I was not attempting to ask for replacement, but am now minded to request a refund as it is virtually unusable in it's current state.

Awful awful experience

Awful awful experience. The pushchair arrived it was very poor quality. I requested to return, it took over two weeks for them to send me a return label. They have now received it back and there’s so sign of a refund.

Bought the baby car seat and was dramatically reduced, however I can honestly say Great value for money, great quality and superb delivery

Good, light, manoeuvrable pushchair

Very pleased with the pushchair. It is easy and light to use. As I’m 68 with arthritis, I was particularly pleased with ease of use. My daughter was also impressed and ordered one for herself.

Desperate car lady.

Well i was really desperate for the car seat, was so pleased with the delivery, but it was the wrong car seat, I emailed them to say what had happened , I got no reply, so emailed again, no reply. i eventually found a phone number when i phoned i got through to their ware house who were very nice and polite but could not help, they passed my details on but still no response, I rung again the same thing. So if i could go below 1 star I would. The fact is i have never brought from them before and i can honestly say never again.

Definitely recommend!

Had a more known pram previously and had so many issue but this is a lovely pram. Would absolutely recommend, stylish. Takes a little getting used to but I so far love it! Reasonable delivery time as well

Our 3rd party logistics provider has had a significant IT issue which led to delays in us receiving tracking for orders.
They also provide and manage our customer service telephone line and this has also been significantly affected over the past few weeks.

Cancelled my order with no explanation.

Despite their reply stating they emailed me to tell me why they were refunding the order. This is not true, the only email I had was one that said “we are refunding your order” no explanation given as previously stated. I replied to the emailed back asking why it was refunded but had no reply.
