I was at the AP Race session today, attending as a coach for CPD. What an amazingly talented team! All the sessions delivered had great energy and learning opportunities. Perfect mix of sessions, all of which were fun. Duncan Scott's presentation at the end was inspiring and relatable for the swimmers. I left uplifted, thanks team 😀

My son has attended a few AP Race Clinics now, and has had an incredible experience, filled with inspiration, magic & a complete transformation in how he approaches the pool. The staff and Olympians bring an incredible energy to the deck, making even an 8-year-old feel like the most important swimmer in the water. I’m consistently impressed by how they translate 'elite' skills into language a young swimmer can comprehend easily. Since attending the clinics, his technique has sharpened tremendously and his confidence has increased by leaps and bounds. Each & every member of the wonderful team has consistently went above and beyond to explain every technical detail. They took the time to answer every question with incredible patience, making sure he truly understood the mechanics in a way that clicked for an 8-year-old. It is rare to find an environment that is so professional yet so welcoming—we couldn't recommend it more.

Excellent Girl Power coaching event with Lauren Cox, she went above and beyond to engage with the girls and parents. She spoke honestly and thoughtfully, Lauren also went to great lengths to answer questions that were posed and personalised the pool time to the group’s requirements giving personalised feedback, suggestions and drill ideas. Thank you

Do you have a competitive swimmer?? If so then this clinic is a must! Not only is it incredible for swimmers to gain valuable information from some of the best swimmers in the world, but as a swimming parent, it’s a must. Learning physiology to deal with the good times and bad times in young swimmers, learning tips to parent a young swimmer.. it’s an absolute must for parents and swimmers.
The team are incredible. Friendly, welcoming, professional, attentive and supportive.
Will bell, really top guy, Kevin pickard, extremely knowledgeable with parenting young swimmers, Anna Hopkins, inspirational.. Rob, big, strong but incredibly friendly.
You will walk away from this clinic feeling inspired and motivated. It’s a must!!!!!!!!

My daughter (15) attended the Girl Power clinic with Anna Hopkin. It was an amazing experience. She came away with the confidence to realise that a swimming journey isn’t always easy, but that the difficult patches create more strength to succeed. The session was packed with great advice, open and honest discussion and the chance to train in the pool with an Olympian. We would highly recommend future Girl Power events to all female swimmers.

An incredible experience, outstanding. Atmosphere is inclusive & positive, aiming to support each individual to achieve their personal best. The team are fantastic & clearly enjoy what they do & know why they're doing it - what a legacy - first class - highly recommend. Opportunity to see/hear elite athletes is amazing...unforgettable for kids

We had an amazing time at the AP Race clinic event on 24th August! The whole team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we managed to get autographs and photos with everyone, which made the day extra special. My son found the experience hugely motivational – Adam is such an inspiring role model and has gathered an incredible team around him. Thank you for creating such a positive and memorable experience!

Adam & his team are very inspirational. The fact that swimmers can get up close and personal is truly wonderful.

The Adam Peaty Race Team are incredibly invested in moving our sport forward. It was a brilliant experience, for my child, and also for me as a swim parent. What a wonderful, life- nourishing event. Thank you.

The AP Race day was excellent from start to finish. My daughter and I took so much useful information away.
The AP Team were so friendly, engaging and each team members personal journey was a delight to listen to. My daughter learnt a lot from Adam and Rob, and she enjoyed the session with Tom also.

My son really enjoyed this experience, all of the team were really good with him, My son is autistic and struggles with concentration but how this was delivered really kept his attention. Adam has certainly given some inspiration to him. I would like to personally give a special shout out Lauren Cox who was really good with him and helped him with his spelling as he was making notes. I would definitely say that this whole experience is a must for any swimmer. Both my daughter and myself did the coaching CPD and that certainly helped not with just picking up coaching tips but also with the physiological and visualization tips from Dr Tom Bates and getting in the right mind set as she still competes.

My daughter, Medi, and I travelled all the way from Bangor to attend the Birmingham race clinic. We looked forward to the day tremendously, but the actual experience for both swimmer and myself, as a parent, was far beyond our expectations. The wealth of knowledge and experience present was outstanding - everything that was said was so valuable. Very humbled to be amongst such talented, World class swimmers whom shared their experience. Forever grateful to Adam Peaty himself and Ed for setting up this organisation and in doing so - gives so much back to young people....whom share the love for swimming. #followyourdreams #onedayatatime

A great experience with very talented athletes giving lots of inspirational talks, with a wealth of knowledge good for my son to have been encouraged by people who have experienced the whole swimming journey, Great for parents aswell I thoroughly enjoyed the day watching and learning.

Cannot rate the day and the team highly enough! Was a little apprehensive as to whether it would be an expensive day of swimming with a brief or no guest appearance from Adam at some point. Adam and the highly experienced team were there from start to finish; Adam himself delivering the swimming training alongside three other medalled swimmers, S&C and psychological support training as well as offering parental workshops and guidance alongside direct time hearing from Adam. They were all so lovely and approachable and my daughter and I came away having thoroughly enjoyed the day as well as having lots we both took from it! Shall be looking to book the two day all strokes experience in December! Amazing day! Thank you AP Race team and obviously Adam too!

From the warmest welcome, to the encouraging comments in the gym, the inspiring chat during racing edge to the wows poolside, she was treated like a star of the future which is exactly inline with the ethos of the day.

The AP Race Breaststroke Clinic was fantastic for my child! Learning directly from world-class swimmers was so inspiring, and the coaches gave clear technical feedback as well as advice on how to mentally prepare for races. My child came away more confident, motivated, and excited to keep improving. Highly recommend!
