Overall experience is great. I can get connected with agent promptly. Today I ran into an exporting issue and spoke with Andy through chat and honestly wasn't that helpful - I ended up helping myself and he assisted me with my exporting issue once I got the application downloaded. Andy was friendly and patient. I think he was provided incorrect information as he kept stating our Microsoft subscription wasn't supported on the virtual desktop but it actually was. After it was downloaded the exporting still wasn't working, Andy took over and just closed and disconnected the desktop and I signed back in and it worked.
