Steve knows IT and is good with customers

Steve was amazing all of the new technical protocols for my website were overwhelming. I'm not a web programmer and if I didn't get things upgraded by the end of the month I might have been shut down (everything) emails and all. Steve helped me get through it with only days to spare.

Your tech named Scott was great. Very efficient- your people listen to the customer. He fixed a couple of difficult problems. Your customer service is great and Scott is great.

The support is absolutely excellent, but .....

The support is absolutely excellent. However, I do not understand why I need support weekly and it's an hour-long call each time. We're having connectivity issues with the remote desktop and multiple users (5) not having continuous access. Now after the fact, we're being upsold to upgrade for greater efficiency. Why was this not mentioned when we originally bought the program to provide remote access for Quickbooks Enterprise?
