Perfect shirts - treat the man in your life to one!
Absolutely delighted to have finally found a shirt maker that delivers! The website clearly outlines how to take measurements and contacts the client if the measurements seem a little inaccurate (as they were in my case). Delivery times accurate, fab presentation and shirt amazing. So much so that another 2 have been ordered. My husband is so pleased to have a shirt that fits beautifully especially the sleeves! (No more rolling up the cuffs) More orders will be following in the New Year! Thanks to all in the Apposta Team.

Spamming by SMS from new numbers so you can’t block them!
After you give Apposta your mobile number they will send you ads by SMS/text messages for years - and they keep changing their number so you can’t block them! Buy from someone else!

Good shirt if you wear a jumper on top
Ordered a formal shirt which arrived two months late. Whilst the fabric was of reasonable quality and the sizing was good, the shirt arrived with a dark motif sewn on the middle, making it unwearable. Despite the fact that what was supplied was not in keeping with the order confirmation they refused a refund and stopped responding to email. Lots of good tailored shirt-makers around these days. I would never use this company again.

The monogram option you selected was in the 'standard' position, which is embroidered on the left front of the shirt, near the fifth button: https://www.apposta.com/sp/guides/shirts-embroidered-monogram.3sp.
This information was included in both the order confirmation and the order summary, which is always accessible in your account. It is also documented in the email correspondence.
Please be aware that since we produce shirts based on customer specifications, we are not obligated to accept returns or issue refunds unless there is a genuine fault with the product or an error on our part. Unfortunately, this is not the case here. If you would like to correct a style non-compliance on your part, we can assist you for a fee.

I have bought all my business shirts at Apposta since 2022. 12 in total now. All delivered on time as promised, excellent quality. Had a small issue with one of the shirts; customer service was perfect and I received a replacement in no time. Well designed website as well.

It was good to be kept up to date with…
It was good to be kept up to date with the progress of my order, and I was very happy with the shirt when it arrived. Here in the UK it’s very difficult to find formal shirts that don’t have cutaway collars, so the choice of collars was particularly appreciated.

Unreliable shipment information
Unreliable shipment information - order got stuck in the Apposta process twice, with announced shipment dates going past due. It was only moved after me intervening and contacting service.
Shirts look nice though.

Thank you for your review.
We apologize for the delay in shipping your order. As we explained, the entire production process begins when we receive an order, which can lead to actual shipping dates being slightly different from the initial estimates.
Regarding the shipping process, there were no issues, and it is typical for tracking updates to take one or two business days to begin. We ship our daily production to an international UPS logistics center in France from our Italian factory in a single shipment. At this stage, individual orders cannot be tracked by customers, only by Apposta.
Once our shipment arrives at the UPS center in France, the individual orders are entered into the UPS system, and tracking updates will start to appear.

The cutting process is managed by a computerized system that is directly linked to our pattern design software. After a thorough review, we have confirmed that the measurements entered into our system were accurate, ensuring 100% precision during the cutting phase.
Please note that certain tolerances can arise from the manufacturing process and the inherent differences among various types of fabrics. The difference you are experiencing is a characteristic of linen fabric, which typically results in a more relaxed and slightly roomier fit, especially before washing.
