Worked a treat. The first heads-up I got got me into a waiting room at the Passport Office and the opportunity to get an email telling me when it was my turn. When my came I got an appointment at a convenient time (though sadly Peterborough rather than London) and three days after my appointment my passport turned up. Worth every penny

Brilliant service.
I was very worried as we could not get an urgent passport for my husband, even though we both and other family members where refreshing the appointment page for a week and still no appointments found. I signed up to ‘Appointment Watcher’ and had an appointment slot chosen in a few hours. AMAZING!

After the announcement of the strikes, we were panicking about getting first child passports for our 3 year old and 9 month old.

This is an example of something that seems really small but in reality makes a massive impact, what a great site this is. I signed up yesterday morning in a panic and by the afternoon I'd secured an appointment. I have to drive my idiot, passport losing teenage son to Liverpool on Monday but at least we'll all be able to go on our family holiday to Sicily in May. And I get three and a half hours in the car with him to talk him through the errors of his ways. Result.

Got an appointment one day after signing up!

I was at risk of not being guaranteed to attend my own wedding in Spain if I didn’t sort my passport - I paid £15 and got a text the same day around lunchtime - I had to wait 13 minutes on hold and now have a fast track appointment in Peterborough- highly recommended service - AppointmentWatcher saved the day!!!

Needed a replacement urgently and the 5 week passport strike has just started. No fast track appointments. I had been refreshing the notifications from Gov.uk for 2 days and no appointments. Signed up to AppointmentWatcher today at 9am by 2pm they notified me that appointments had been opened. Even though based in London I had to choose Glasgow (no london apt came up). Super happy even though with the added airfare/accommodation I am forking out £250 for stupidly losing my passport, it’s worth it. Also the government url was still saying no appointments and the one I was directed to my AppointmentWatcher had lots of dates and times to choose from. Just predominantly in Glasgow and Belfast. Definitely pay the money to subscribe. Valuable service if you need a passport appointment. Thank you.

Amazing that’s all I can say. There haven’t been any appointments due to them striking and I signed up with them and on day 2 of signing up I managed to get an appointment. I would really advise for people to opt for the text message service as I found it easier and faster to keep up to date with the updates. Thank you so much for an amazing experience

Won’t stop messaging me after subscription should have ended. I found an appointment by myself weeks ago and told the company that, but I’m still getting constant alerts/ they’d better not

I can not recommend this service enough. I am supposed to be going to get married in 4weeks and I’ve lost my passport. Had been trying for 3 days to get an appointment and was unsuccessful. I signed up at 9.00am today and got an appointment for today!!! Thank you so much

After a few days of panic, I paid for the sms service and a couple of hours later I got an appointment. Well worth the money

Thought I would never get an appointment and when I found this thought I had nothing to lose. Got a text message the next morning, there were slots the next day! Fab service

After a few weeks of frustration checking the Government's website for a passport appointment only to be repeatedly told that there are no appointments available, I searched Google and found this company - so I signed up as I had nothing to lose. Within 3 hours I received a text telling me that appointments were available, I went straight to the Government's website and there were appointments available! I confirmed an appointment in the town I wanted on the day I wanted - you can't get better than that!

I already had an appointment when I signed up, but was hoping for an earlier one to come up.

Absolutely amazing! Within 10 minutes I was able to book my appointment for next week. Website doesn't allow you to book in advance so really great service.
