Unfortunately, the order you contacted us about was part of a subscription that had previously been set up on your account. As your cancellation email was sent outside of our Customer Service opening hours, by the time our team saw your request, the order had already been processed and was in transit, meaning it was too late for us to stop the shipment.
We did advise that you could refuse the parcel at the point of delivery, and once it was returned to us, we would issue a full refund. Alternatively, you are welcome to return the unopened order to us for a refund.
We appreciate this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, but our Customer Service team remains more than happy to assist you with the return and refund process.
