I am a 61 year old woman and I really feel it is helping to reverse the sarcopenia in my muscles. I am finding training easier and I am hopeful that with some structured weight training, I will be able to get my running speeds back up too. Some benefits I had not anticipated are (a) my skin looks great and well hydrated; (b) my sleep has improved; and (c) my body is becoming happier with a diet higher in protein and lower in carbohydrates.
