We purchased a cooker that was completely unsuitable, our fault entirely. The proprietor at Appliance Village agreed to to exchange it and refund the difference. Amazing , helpful service. Thank you so much.

Ordered a ninja air fryer af400 online on a Monday booked delivery for the Friday..
No email confirmation no delivery updates chased the order Friday said they were expecting delivery Saturday...
So after contacting them numerous times when they were supposed to contact me I still haven't got my air fryer and they have cancelled the order...
Very disappointed will never use them again....

Spent £250 on a Dyson fan which stopped working after five minutes!
Have been trying to get a replacement for over a week,
I was told on the phone by Appliance Village, last week, after getting nowhere with Dyson, to send details to them and they would arrange replacement.
Having sent several emails and having no replies I have lost faith in the company.
Very poor communication and service.

Always have great customer experience when I visit this store. Owners are knowledgable and go above and beyond. Delivered my tumble dryer the same day. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

I ordered a washing machine and fridge (the latter I needed immediately). I was quite stressed but Matt was really helpful in arranging delivery. Well pleased.

I rang first thing in the morning and was able to collect my TV and washing machine within one hour. The staff were great and very friendly. I would 100% recommend this to my friends and family. I plan to come here again.

Delivered in under 20hours from order! They did not have the model we ordered but called and offered an esssentially identical alternative. They delivered it less than three hours later.

No charge for the delivery either, we were local to them.

Good service during the Covid epidemic & delivered & installed as agreed. Would recommend & staff helpful & obliging, about 24 hours from request to supply/delivery/fit for elderly relative.
