Ostrich customer service: Problem ? Head in the sand

BEWARE. SCAMMER ALERT !!
This is a highly disreputable, dishonest and cynical company.
They sold me a motherboard for a MBP for $359.99 with multiple problems and refuse to accept any responsibility whatsoever.
They cite their policy of 7-day fault reporting !! 7 days !!
And a fault is NOT covered under their warranty - what a bunch of swindlers !!
It took several weeks just to receive all the parts before performing the rebuild - to only then discover the several issues associated with their faulty motherboard.
And their reaction ? Head in the sand !!
Well listen up, if you bury your head in the send, there's another part of the body that sticks up - and you can expect to get it severely kicked !!
Steer clear of these scoundrels - you have been warned !!
