they keep telling me to update my account, my android is 12. my lab top is also up to date. and i went to applieid.apple.com and get thr same run around ,been trying to link it to my google home app, no luck what so every no helo from support, sucks

Good music selection but navigation bit hard work

Had apple music for a number of years,and thought it was very good,but the recent price hike of £2:00 a month was too much.(typical apple getting too greedy.) So cancelled my subscription and moved to Spotify.which is £3:00 a month cheaper than apple music.so far so good.

Spotify with adds better than Apple Music. Not a hater, I have everything Apple, but this service is just bad. Songs have different volumes, some normal, some very loud and some very low. The playlist that the app “created for me” based on my likes was literally the songs that I actually bothered to press “love” and maybe 2-3 extra songs that I never heard before. It’s very repetitive, I usually listen to one gender of music but after 2 days some songs came up again and again, I definitely didn’t listen to all the songs, I’ve searched certain artists from the same gender and that’s how I could listen to their songs even though it is the same music… if you lose internet connection the music just stops, no rewind like Spotify automatically does, it doesn’t even finishes the song! Just very bad, and I do have the paid version which now I’ll drop.

It’s Apple Music…I am wondering how it can compete with Spotify.

A lot of limitation of music selection and sometimes there is music that you cannot find in apple but you can find it on another channel easily so I think is not worth the price fully they should add more selection

Not very good, music library is messy when u share with family, and there are a lot of small issues, but, actually you have no choice in the market, apple music is already the best.

sound quality good, it is better than spotify,
large music library, you got 3 months to use before paying it, and most important, you can contact Customer service, at least you can go to apple store to find some body to solve the issues! I used youtube music, no CS! only Email to robot! Spotify same, Tidar is better but expensive.

If you use iphone, apple stuffs...you have no choice.

The best music app I have come across and shame as so easily could have been 5*.
Loses stars as cannot cancel anytime without losing the app. Apple Music needs to get with the times to be able to cancel membership but still have access until time is up like 99.9% of other subscriptions.

EVERY TIME I COMPILE A NEW PLAYLIST ON APPLE MUSIC, I SELECT A SONG AND DRAG IT ACROSS TO THE NEW PLAYLIST, THEN I RETURN TO THE SONGS LIST AND THE SCREEN HAS JUMPED FURTHER DOWN THE LIST OF MUSIC, THE MORE SONGS I SELECT THE WORSE THE PROBLEM GETS.
HAVE SPOKEN TO APPLE ON TWO OCCASIONS AND THEY DO NOT HAVE A SOLUTION, I JUST HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THE PROBLEM.
I HAVE CHECKED ON LINE AND THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. HOW MANY COMPLAINTS WILL IT TAKE TO SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT.

They have good variouty of musics. I always find music I am looking for

I have a large collection of study CDs in my iTunes library that came free with books and which I uploaded from the CDs to iTunes. When it was iTunes I could play these fine on my phone and listen and revise while commuting and exercising. Now I can no longer listen to them on my iPhone as they are ‘not available in my region’. Its not as if I can buy a TOPIK 6 vocab revision album or JLPT 1 grammar summary on Apple Music. So I have an £800 iPhone that is less technologically capable than a £30 Sony discman.

Apple Music that replaced iTunes on Macs is freaking total garbage!! Forces you to try to use Apple Music at every turn. When all i want to do is make my own playlist and search through my own collection. Makes it almost impossible to do so and waste so much time. I literally have to put my 47,000 songs in alphabetical order and then go scrolling down to find song! Most ridiculous App they have created yet. Some people still enjoy listening to and making their own playlist and music and don't want to deal with this streaming music BS for the mindless!! They have made it impossible for professional musicians and artists to control their own music collection without wasting ridiculous amounts of time!!

Have both Apple Music and Spotify and apple music is much better and easier to use. It also looks much better than Spotify

Be careful of free period ! Wouldn’t let me cancel so had to go through Amazon . Said they would refund monies collected and still nothing returned !

I received a five month free trial offer of Apple Music after purchasing an electronic product. I clicked the link to claim the offer, filled in my name, email and date of birth, then Apple only offered me a one month free trial offer! I will not be claiming a one month offer when I was promised a five month offer. This is most likely incompetence by Apple, rather than deliberate false advertising, but annoyingly it means they now have my email address. Either way there are plenty of competent companies out there, so I will not be using Apple products or services from now on.
