My Ava software has run into a problem and has reset back to the first lessons, even though I had already completed many of the courses. This has taken away my motivation, because I don’t have the patience to go through the same lessons again.

Quicky learning results

I changed my phone, so the app decided that I was a new student and offered to buy the course for a year again. I provided confirmation of payment to the support service. My account was found and connected quite quickly. Thank you very much 🤗

After I canceled my subscription, there were several attempts to withdraw funds to renew it.
I contacted support about this issue, and it was resolved within a few days.

It is a very good app and it is very interesting to learn English through it. I love it.

I really enjoy the games, the part of the grammar, however, I don't know what happens when I select my lever. Because I'm sure that I selected intermediate level, and I realize that I started on beginner.

They could help me very fast and professionaly. Very good Team and also the App ist fantastic.

You have not solved my issue. I have provided a thorough explanation and screenshots. And I still cannot move forward to the next lesson. I have completed over 300 lessons, so I understand that I must pass the previous lesson in order to move forward. Yet those are the instructions your team has provided. It has been 5 days and I still cannot take the next lesson.

I have a hard time understanding some words because they are pronounced very quickly. And I don't have enough time to study regularly. But I really like the app!

Was sold on the tailored learning experience for German - did a quiz which set my level. It was very convincing that it would be based on the quiz results. I pay the fee, get to the app and nothing about it is tailored to your level. What’s worse as well, I thought I’ll have a look at the beginner exercises anyway, despite showing in the quiz that I was more advanced, and there were a few mistakes I spotted 👀🤦🏻‍♀️ it all seemed very AI driven but not accurate. I tried to request a refund and didn’t hear anything back.

My problem was resolved quickly, but I was upset afterwards when I saw that if I hadn't signed up then, I would have paid less later... But as they say in Brazil, "there's no use crying over spilled milk" lol

After purchasing the app i quickly realized it was not for me. I see this would be more appreciated by the millinial and gen Z demographic. Im gen x and don't watch movies much and haven't played video games as this app is structured. I contacted customer service and they kindly and promptly refunded my money. I was very impressed. This is a good product its just not something that engaged me as i thought it would.

I read e books in Ewa. I need repeat the new wort but I don’t now how.

Easy and fun way to learn English. There are many tools that keep me interested and motivated.
