I ordered the stone diffuser and had it shipped to Australia. There was a slight delay due to something out of the company’s control and they contacted me personally to inform me, and then it was express posted to me. The communication was fantastic.

Love the products. Brass oil burners are practical but also make a stunning decorative piece. Delivery was very efficient. I had my products within a week.

I just love my Appellation as I diffuse each night. My favourites are Lavendar and Omani Frankinsense. It certainly helps my sleep giving me a very relaxing sleep. If i wake through the night, i tend to go straight back to sleep whilst the diffuser is still on throughout the night. Highly recommend
