This site is practically unusable.
Links throw 404 errors. You can't reset your password. The whole site/app is a mess. The devs have not done their due diligence. This is not production code ready. This feels like it shouldn't be live. I have called 3 times to get no further in trying to buy a bike through the cycle to work scheme.
Update after calling multiple times I was able to get this sorted.
