Piece of shit scammers won’t let me redeem my rewards and constantly put me under review
Several completed JD Powers surveys that don’t pay. Really? They don’t have enough money to pay that $.55? Or $1.07? And why does Top Survey not cover these cheats? They can’t afford it either?
Avoid. This app is a complete scam. You waste your time and provide your information completing offers and surveys over a long time.
Topsurveys are liars and thieves. They steal your time, information and earnings.
Constantly reviewing accounts. And then when you've reached required amount for any reward. They block you. And you get 'techincal error, contact support'.
Customer service lies over months (since Nov 25 now), and with promises that my account will be restored soon and reviewed.
They use constant lies and excuses.
And then messages don't go through, so they ignore you.
Please don't waste your time here. Compete scammers. Look at other surveys apps.
Thank you!
Looks like another scam. They pay the participants but support system is so weak. It's very much time consuming. Sometimes denies to compensate.
I did an offer and dropped 70 dollars they gave me User is not reward eligible and never responded to me, they just said wait up for support team.
My account has had 7 successful withdrawals until today. I have a lot of money ready to be cashed out but when I went to do the cash out - it said "system error" then when I tried again, it said "user is not reward eligible" which is insane because I have not gotten any notification about account concerns. Additionally, when attempting to get response from support, there was no response, they just told me to wait for a response. I need to cash out and deserve to have access to my rewards.
They have established a total of four websites through Prime LLC. These include Prime Opinion, Top Survey, Hey Cash, and Earnnistar. The ownership of these sites is identical, and they are misleading individuals through various methods, ultimately siphoning off our hard-earned money through different processes. In reality, they operate as a scam site. At times, they may suspend accounts, permanently terminate them, or revoke access to account surveys. I have shared my concerns about them with numerous individuals, but it has now become clear that this site is entirely fraudulent, exploiting the hard-earned money of ordinary people.
