Attention Sekai Dev Team,
If the Sekai Create Remix and Play app is advertised as a global platform, your accountability has to be global too. Right now, leaving the app live while it is completely broken for major regions like the USA and Canada is incredibly unfair. Users in these areas are completely cut off from their stories, communities, and creative projects. Worse, the app constantly glitches and crashes, making it completely impossible for users to even save their data. People are actively losing hours of creative work. >
A responsible development team would have the integrity to take the app down temporarily and actually fix these core server and regional issues properly. Do not leave the app half-broken. Take it offline, fix the bugs, and don't bring it back until it works consistently for every single user across the globe. Fix your app.

This review is about the Sekai AI creation app, from a worker's stand point. Culture in this company is atrocious. If you work as a creator for them, not only do they pay you low, but they also determine whether your creations can be approved for pay. Meaning, they can reject for simply not wanting to pay, or not liking you, or if you questioned their legitimacy and fairness. You could spend days making a minigame only for them to say it is not approved without explanation. If you work as a social media content creator for them, the work expectations they place on you do not match up to what you receive. The staff also internally agree to mess up others who become concerned and overall, is not a safe, supportive, or thriving environment to be in. If you want workers rights, please look elsewhere.
