This gesture truly demonstrated the company's strong commitment to customer satisfaction. I have nothing but praise for their exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail. As a constructive suggestion, offering on-demand pickups rather than automated schedules would provide greater flexibility. Project timelines for contractors frequently shift and extend beyond initial estimates. Allowing clients to request a pickup via phone or an online portal when they are ready would increase convenience and eliminate the need for last-minute re-orders.
