The company is scam! They offer you to pass identification with documents they really do not except, reject it all the time and no-one can answer why. Finally you understand that only passport is excepted:)
They do not have any cards, or at least it is impossible to order one.
Support is not existing- they either ignore you or reply in WEEKS!
I personally can not trust those guys! Gave them a chance and was patient…enough.
P.S. they even have 2 accounts here to avoid bad reviews:))

Ticket 273514. After trying to transfer 100 dollars of BTC to a card I had previously used, I received an email that my account was blocked. Compliance emailed me and then said to unblock my account I had to provide an insane amount of historical proofs of my account. A photo of me holding a card unrelated to the transaction: a card which no longer existed because it had been replaced after being found to be cloned.

Crypterium asked me for proof of bank statements showing all purchases of crypto from this now non existent card and also a written letter from my bank that it had been replaced. Crypterium also want statements from all other cards I have used to cash out BTC to. They want other things too - which they are not clear on - and every time I provide something, they want something more something else - stalling tactics???

All for a small transaction which in the terms and conditions should not warrant such strict attention under 500 dollars.

I have asked to speak to a manager as the compliance support team are not clear. English is not good. I feel uncomfortable giving out so much information that has never before been required by any bank. I have supplied photos and passport etc. not enough! All to transfer 100 dollars.

Maybe this is how my card was defrauded in the first place????? Beware!!!

I asked to close my account because this is just ridiculous!! They reply (in order to withdraw my 108 dollars of bitcoin 😂

Can't figure out if people behind this app are amateurs or thieves. This app is broken in so many ways, it's a travesty. My advice to anyone who hadn't committed funds to Crypterium is to stay far away. And if you have made the mistake of using their product, take your money and walk, while you can. This app is not going to make it. Here's the list of issues I encountered. I'm just a single user so this is by no means exhaustive. Read other reviews:

1. Crypterium CHEATS you out of money. The App can't do basic math or perhaps is intentionally programmed to do so. I had the misfortune of naiveté of staking CRPT for a year. Most straightforward of use cases. Amount X at interest Y p.a. becomes Z after 12 months. Well after a year, I got cheated out of all interest, except a small hand-out, which is a tiny fraction of what I was owed based on staking terms. I've been trying to get Crypterium to resolve the missing interest issue for 2 months, before taking my frustration to the forums. All I got was "we're looking into it". Nicely played. Imagine if your bank did that.

2. The app appears to be programmed to hold back a portion of the balance when users wish to make a COMPLETE withdrawal. In my experience, after selecting to "transfer all", a small balance worth about $25, was left behind (I noticed others reported the same). The problem with that is it's impossible or not economically viable to withdraw $25 because of fees or transfer minimums. So this amount effectively becomes a "tip" for Crypterium as it forever lingers in your account. All reputable exchanges and apps have figured out how to enable complete transfers out of accounts so there's no residual balance. This is either blatant incompetence or a formula-driven misappropriation.

3. I'm in the US. For as long as I recall and as of this writing, Crypterium won't allow to transfer fiat to Card or Bank account. Both cash out options are broken and produce errors. Sending funds out to an external crypto account is the only option and subject to issue #2 above.

4. It appears the founders have turned to greener pastures after the ICO. The app is completely abandoned. It's February 2022 and their "coins of the week" are still LINK and USDT. The "News" section still talks about $10K BTC and its upcoming 3rd halving. Really?

In short, Crypterium is a sinking vessel of broken/dying product, atrocious support and obnoxious customer deception. If you feel adventurous or somehow nostalgic for Soviet-style customer support, this product is for you. Otherwise, take your money elsewhere.

This app is chaos. And the people who work there are not professionals.

You need to constantly check if you are not being overcharged, they charged me 600 Euro for 2 payments that were rejected by the vendor. This was on October 01, since then they haven't refunded me. They keep saying I was refunded on October 03, which is absolute nonsense because it was never shown in the balance. I have asked so many times to show me the refund and they leave me hanging.

Always leave me hanging on the chat support, they don't have experts in the chats and never solve anything.

As to this day still, they owe me 600 Euros.

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS APP.

Hello, I would also like to know if I can receive transfers from any bank or person?

So far I have had a really good experience with Crypterium. They do require a lot of ID verification but that is because they want to comply with each of the countries regulations, so they can maintain their licenses. They want to be a crypto bank away from the wild west and criminal side of crypto. I respect this. This is one of the few crypto companies where I feel my coins are safe. Don't get me started on Binance.

I have now used it for buying coins, exchanging coins and withdrawing coins to my wallet. All worked well.

I have had some minor problems along the way and I have to say their customer service via the chat in the app is the best I have come across in the app and crypto market. Thank you to all the customer service staff.

Worst crypto wallet/app ever. Have funds on IBAN, but can not transfer, exchange to crypto, nothing....
Also, there is a monthly fee for holding anything.

I ordered the plastic card from them. They took € 15 from me to issue a card. It would all be fine but i couldn't load the plastic card. It says "account cannot be payloaded". I wrote to the support and they replied that everything was fine on their part. But the problem remained. I wrote to them several times but they stopped responding. The ticket is still open but no one responds.

Suddenly I can't log in to the app on my phone. It says "internal server error try again in 5 minutes". And this displaying every time when I try to login. I wrote to support again, but there is no answer. But I can still login to the website. And on the website I also can't load the plastic card. The same error.

I wrote to the support again, you guessed it, no answer. Then I started to be worried about the crypto i had on my account. I withdrew all crypto from the crypterium to another wallet. But again they deceived me. They did not transfer all the funds to my other wallet, but left a crypto in the amount of € 21, which is below the minimum for withdrawal.

And now, I have crypto that I can’t withdraw and a plastic card that doesn’t work. But the fee for card is charged regularly. There is no issue with the fee.

Once again, run as far away from them as possible. Thieves and Scam!!!

When I tried to verify my account with ID and my photo, I captured photo from my computer screen and it didn't allowed me to send that because that face and ID was fake, but it doesn't. And than they just told me, we will close your account and stole that 10 euros which you had on your account. Thief company, don't use their application, because you have milion better crypto exchanges. I wish them to be better in future and to change kyc partner. Good bye!

One of the worst apps.Their system doesn't work properly as they advertise. My crypto is still blocked with them,many people in telegram group are complaining, and the support is one of the worst there is.With them everything is back and forward, they are just stalling with emails, and at the end nothing happens. Am just a user and this is not a trash talk...Check their telegram group, and stay away from this app

Great app with lots of functionalities. The AI prediction intergated platform is its USP and a game changer. Highly recommend it.

Support useless and when you ask something that is not answerable by a copy paste format they turn you off.
