Way too expensive, and way over schedule
It is in the small print, but for a huge amount of money they only put you up for one award. I wrongly presumed they would put all authors up for a number of them to spread the likelihood of being placed. I'm a UK author writing in UK English, and they put me up for a US award. Which I was the top finalist, so don't think I'm moaning because it didn't do well. It's just awfully expensive.
Secondly their timescales are really bad. The award was over a month late. And the 3 reviews, which again are very expensive for what they are, eventually came in 2 months after I had sent a number of emails.
I believe the company is possibly legitimate, but it is not run very well.
For a company that needs customers (authors) to give them money for a service, they have a strange way of forgetting they have to deliver a service, and alienating those same customers. If it were me and I offered a service I would at least make it appear cost effective to the customer, and then would deliver the service I promised on time.
A very strange way to run a business.
On the plus side, if you do contact them (a lot) they eventually deliver.
