This company has started a subscription of £29.99 a month when my elderly father has no recollection of signing up for anything. I have emailed them to unsubscribe him and I did this 3 days before his trial period was up but they didn't answer my email until after they had taken the first payment. Absolute disgrace, I am waiting on a response from them where I asked for a refund.
