Terrible company with no customer support

Terrible company with no customer support whatsoever. Makita battery £60 worth, failed after a few months, several messages without any replies. No phone number for support. Just avoid and purchase from a reputable dealer/seller.

I had to go out for holiday before I got the parcel. So I asked to change the delivery address to a parcel shop. The customer service send me some addresses to choose. When I got back, I finally got my parcel. The service was very good.

Fake Makita

Initially messaged as I had concerns the makita batteries were fake. Email response from Selina stating they are genuine batteries and not to worry... anyway they lasted about 5 charges. In short, they aren't a genuine product. Now no response from company. Beware.

Sells fake Makita batteries

This company sells fake Makita power tool batteries. They are good fakes, but clearly are not the real thing. They are cheap too. This is illegal and should not be allowed.
