Not reliable
Not reliable, my order did not go well. Order delayed 3weeks. Almost got charged twice, and had to sort that problem directly with the credit company, a lot of hassle and even corresponding with them beforehand that THEY would solve it, but they did not. They contacted me and said they would send something out to cover my losses, but they never followed through, again. They barely responded to my emails. Do NOT use

Need a bit of improvements
Apoteum products are a bit cheaper than the other products on the marker. But their CBD products do not have droppers. So you will have to buy additional droppers to be used with the products. That is inconvenient.
As far as I know, they are working on new packaging. I hope they will come up with something good.
Delivery time is much longer than I have expected.

I got an offer as a previous customer, that you would double my order. I thought it was generous. But when it arrived, it turned out that it was only empty words. The product were very good, but I am still disappointed that you did not double my order, as you promised.

delivered the wrong goods
Very slow delivery, which I suppose is not their fault, but the swedish mail. What's worse - after waiting for so long, it turns out they have not delivered what I have ordered. The price they specify is far from what it was in my order (higher).
Well, everyone can make a mistake. If they fix this without delay I will consider updating my review.
