We were against time running upto Christmas but the team were amazing. They got ACRO apostilladised and Translated within 30 hours of receiving original certificates.

Unrealistic expectations on marketing terms
I used London Apostille Services for an ACRO & ICPC Apostille sold as an “Express Next-Day Service.”
I selected and paid a premium for this option specifically because the wording clearly implies a next-working-day, end-to-end turnaround.
While the service was ultimately completed — communication was clear, the apostille was issued, a scanned copy was provided, and the original documents were dispatched and delivered — the “Express Next-Day” description is materially misleading in practical terms.
In reality, the timeline is heavily dependent on FCDO cut-off times and third-party logistics, meaning that a next-day outcome is conditional and not guaranteed, even though this is not made sufficiently clear at the point of purchase. These constraints only become apparent after the order has been placed, which significantly undermines the expectation created by the headline service description.
Operationally competent, but the marketing terminology overstates the speed of delivery and risks setting unrealistic expectations for time-sensitive cases. Clearer, more prominent disclosure at checkout is essential at the beginning not only in the checkout. Until then, customers should not assume that “Express Next-Day” means what it plainly suggests.

We must firmly correct the statement that constraints "only become apparent after the order has been placed." As we have noted, the cut-off times and next-day legalisation terms are displayed prominently in red on our order pages before you proceed to payment.
Furthermore, our staff explain the process again immediately after an order is placed. At that stage, you still have the option to cancel the order if you find the turnaround times do not meet your expectations.
For the benefit of potential clients reading this, we would like to highlight that in over three years, we have never received a low review score for being 'misleading'.
We are proud of our transparency and our fast apostille service, and we feel this review misrepresents the clarity we provide to all our clients.

Support with attestation
I needed support with documents so I could marry my wife in Taiwan (she is Taiwanese).
Lorena & her team were able to support me with this fully remotely - meaning I didn’t have to fly back from Taiwan to England . Everything was clear and fast in handling.
