I wasn’t sure what to expect since I’d read mixed reviews online, but my experience with Apostille.ong turned out to be really good. I had to get my marriage certificate notarized and apostilled for my wife’s visa application. I messed up the form the first time, but their support team was super patient and walked me through correcting it. It didn’t feel robotic they actually read my messages and gave specific answers. Tracking was provided when my documents were shipped back, which helped with the stress. Everything worked out as promised, and my wife’s visa process is now moving forward. Would recommend, especially if you’re like me and not great with paperwork.

Update: after being informed I would be filing a chargeback, they have now told me they will be selling my banking information and biometric info because they “don’t have to follow their privacy policy if I don’t follow their refund policy”. This won’t matter in my case as I’m closing the associated account for my international move, but just so you know this company is making threats to use peoples info in this way. I will be alerting the proper authorities.

Submitted a document for translation and apostille. There was no mention of page limitations and the site specifically advertised a 100% money back guarantee if it could not be completed. Unfortunately I was notified that I would not be “able” to receive a refund once I was informed the price for my document would be $1500, several times more than the $295 I was originally quoted and paid. I would highly recommend that anybody else expecting a similar bait & switch tactic initiate chargebacks on their cards as well.
