I purchased the 2024 City Pro (in 2024) and I just bought a new Phantom Stellar 2.0 beast. This company is always quality and customer service first. They're always VERY responsive to questions or issues and their product quality is the absolute best.

Excellent Customer Service / Warranty Coverage
I purchased an Explore 2.0 and had an issue with the back fender and wheel. I was very impressed with the customer service team and that they covered it under warranty. They were professional, very responsive and knowledgeable, and made it easy (and quick!) to get the problem solved. Highly recommend them for their service and support alone.

Unfortunately, Apollo do not support customers outside of North America.
In the UK they expect you to buy their products but when you need spare parts, as I did for a scooter that failed after 35 miles, they raise the spares price by 300%

We want to clarify that we do support customers outside of North America, including the UK. However, the availability and pricing of spare parts can vary by region due to factors like local inventory, international shipping costs, duties, and taxes, which can unfortunately make parts appear significantly more expensive compared to North America.
That said, our team does try to explore alternative solutions whenever possible — including sourcing parts from other regions or covering part of the cost — to help get you back on the road. We know this doesn’t always land where anyone hopes, but the intent is genuinely to support the repair as best we can within logistical constraints.
We appreciate you sharing this feedback and will pass it along internally, as it helps highlight where expectations and reality aren’t lining up. If you’re open to it, our customer experience team would still be happy to review your case again and see if there’s anything further they can do to help.

New to Electric Scooters
The Explore 2.0 is an eye-catching ride. From the iconic Apollo Beam to the lights under the deck, it's meant to stand out. I'm new to electric scooters and I couldn't be happier. I'm a bigger guy and wanted a scooter that could tackle hills without slowing down. I'm happy to report this thing is a beast, it maintained top speed going up a couple steep hills. Overall I'm very happy with my first Apollo.

I stumbled across a sale and bought an Apollo go. This thing is super well built, smooth, and is pure fun to ride. I like the range for being able to fit in the trunk of my car. Customer service is super responsive and helped me complete a firmware update on my controller to keep it current. I can tell that if I have a problem I won’t have an issue contacting Apollo and getting the parts / support I need in the future.
I’m so pleased with the GO. It’s one thing to make a great product, but to also provide service to back it up, and make me feel as a customer that I can enjoy it for the long haul. That’s rare.
When my budget allows I’m definitely purchasing there premier scooter the phantom 2.0.

No support and no real fix
They have no repair agents and give you the runaround troubleshooting when they know upfront that their expensive products don't last and not worth it to repair.
How would it even be fixed if they have no direct repair location???
