I received great customer support!
I received superior customer service. Lucy went “above and beyond” to help me resolve issues with renewal of my subscription. Really the only complaint I have with Apollo Group TV is the bitcoin only payment policy. I don’t use any cryptocurrency, therefore lack the knowledge and experience to make those payments. Lucy walked me through the entire process including how to download the app and transfer the funds to Apollo. So helping this old dude through this task was a great benefit. Cuddos to Apollo group for providing support using concerned and knowledgeable staff that really stand out.

I absolutely love Apollo TV, I get all the channels including all sports and the latest movies, but what I love best is the chat. I can never get my payment to work properly and I always have to chat with someone. Avery was very thorough and helpful and helping me get my payment to process. I’ve had great success with the Apollo TV programming a few blips here and there, but other than that, I am well pleased.
