You pay annual prime member automatically. Then they inform you. If you want to cancel membership they give you a voucher with difficult conditions for use.
I have to use it for tickets over 300£ without baggage or seats. I am so angry it’s also frustrating to call them

I specifically booked a flexible ticket with AirFrance through Opodo. I am supposed to be able to change the date within 60 days around the flight initial date. When I requested for a change on their website, the price difference was 0€, checking on AirFrance's website, tickets are also around the same price as mine (86€).
But when (one day later) someone calls me to confirm the booking, the price difference suddendly jumped to over 200€.
The prices on AirFrance's website haven't changed although Opodo's customer service claims that "they have no controle over AirFrance's prices".
Here is where it gets questionable:
- I asked to check for other dates or times and they told me that every single flight for any day the next two month would cost over 200€ extra.
- They tried to pressure me into making a decision (either cancel without refund or book a flight for over 200€) on the spot, arguing that the flexibility of my ticket "expires in 2h".
None of the people I talked to (at least 5) was a native German.

I have been billed $109.99 for a membership.
In contacting Opodo they wouldn't let me cancel membership as they stated the email I gave them wasn't correct due to a spelling mistake. They wouldn't accept my email confirmation and wouldn't cancel membership.
Bank can't help.
Therefore I will have to close my bank account.

you end up paying double price for the ticket , the worst service I ever saw. What ever they promise you when you booking is not True the flex and super Flex is a big joke . If you read the Policy details is not a flex is just a way to take your money. the ticket are so far from being refundable and even to change the dates is such a complicate process and you can't change only one way.

I booked tickets to China in 2019 and the tickets were cancelled a few weeks later by the airline. I have tried getting the money back from Opodo for the last 4 years and still haven’t received anything. I am owed more than €650!!

We booked a flight to Sweden as we were just going to pay a message popped up saying it had just gone up while we were doing the transaction, they wanted another £200 on top, in a panic we payed it. Then we got told to download the App for all information on our flights, on the app there was something saying free trial for 30 days but I never pressed it, looked since and we can’t find anywhere on app to cancel it if I had of pressed it, looked at my bank statement and they have taken £59 out my bank without permission, just by downloading the app, I keep calling them but no joy. Please don’t use them.

They don't care for their customers nor their safety
My sons destination was Tirana and his flight was booked via Genoa. He had an 8hr transit. When he went back to checkin they said he was not booked for further flight to Tirana. He has been stranded in Genoa and has no where to go as all the hotels are fully booked and very expensive. He has a flight at 4pm next day and has to sleep at the airport.
The staff are really sarcasti and have no clue with whats going on and all they say is they are sorry and will refund the money. I hope I get a refund as promised as I had to pay 3times more to book the ongoing flight to Tirana and return to London.

DON'T USE APODO! Like so many reviews say, they are thieves beyond anything. Booked a flight with them but got no confirmation or email at all. They proceeded to take the money and there is no way og getting it back. Just do not fall for their cheap prices and book straight with the airlines.

Spoke to Turkish Airlines, they said Apodo are wrong as all rebook dates extended to March 22.
Rang Apodo and will not accept, say Turkish airlines are wrong.

Stolen my money?
Just received this month statements of my two credit cards , it shows evidence that Apodo has over-charged me a lot ( 535.76+339.2+24.7+677.98 - 922.76 - 339.2 = $654.88 ). I was quoted with a total cost of £922.76 from Apodo website when I booked my flights and accommodation. First, my booking was confirmed immediately after I paid the £922.76 with one of my credit card. Next day I was informed by email that my payments failed (I found from my monthly statement, it is not, they have actually charged me!), even though I don't believe it but I agree to use another credit card to repay. And then I had been waiting for a long time without confirmation of my second payment, so I phoned them I was told I was over-charged £339.2 and they agreed to refund it. And then I was emailed a confirmation letter - which told everything is confirmed. However, when I decided to check in my departure flight I was told the departure booking didn't exist ! I don't know what's going on and had to rebook my departure flight with an extra of £677.98. Now everything is clear - they either made a big mistake due to the incompetence of their staff or simply trying to steal my money. The former is more likely, but so far I've NOT been contacted by anyone in Opodo after I made a formal complaint several days ago.

I had booked a flight for 7 people to turkey from wales for a family holiday. I was surprised and disappointed to find out that Apodo could not confirm the flight details and then when I asked if I could have my money back in order to re-book i was told that this money was being frozen for up to 10 days. This has completely ruined our family holiday as we are unable to re-book and unable to cancel our reservations. the customer service we then received added insult to injury as the adviser we spoke to was unsympathetic and unhelpful. we were told nothing can be done. They are happy to take your money and claim the interest off it but wont return it as quickly as the snatch it up.

July 9 I booked return flights between Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, including a suggested hotel on the Adopo website.. The hotel deal was at [Bejaya] Times Square Hotel in down town KL. I was charged the agency fee of £25, for the transaction, despite the fact that my return flight was never confirmed. The hotel Apodo suggested to my family [wife and 4 yr old daughter] and myself turned out to be a w*h*o*r*e house and a dump. The "hotel" is run from a room; which resembles a sweat shop [people sleeping amongst their office furniture}. The two Bangladeshi nationals [that is responsible for the upkeep of the "hotel"] were desperate to acquire cash for all shorts of deposits. Each room has only one key and access card. The room itself was cheaply furnished and smell odd. Needless to say we opted not to stay. Which was a bit of an irritation since we arrived at the hotel around 11pm. Our return flight on Jetstar that never materialised, I had to replace with another airline, at higher expense than the original Adopo package- which defies the purpose of Adopo. The whole idea was cheap flights and reasonable hotel. Apopo obviously have no duty of care. They put on a dangerous path and then leave you to fend for yourself. I would hate think the trauma my family would have had to endure is we didn't have the means to change hotels.
