Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. i have been trying to get in touch with this company for 2 days, sending emails, tweets, messages via Facebook and e-mailed their CEO. no response. all i want to do is cancel a payment and service and am met with ignorance and poor responses. I'm now compelled to give them a bad review. update, when you give s negative review, they contact you straight away. shame it has to come to this.

I have delayed one payment due to my card being stolen, I have been trying to pay it with other methods but the website does not work for payments. I am being hounded by Aplazame to update the payment but they won't allow me on my account. There seems to be a problem when I need to authorise via my bank then the webpage just does not show payment. I have tried on numerous occasions over 2 weeks now but it still shows I owe payment
