We contacted this plumber to arrange a quote for our bathroom renovation. When we called, we were directed to leave a voicemail, which we did. Unfortunately, we never received a call back or any follow-up.

It’s disappointing because the business has many positive reviews, which gave us confidence to reach out in the first place. However, our experience did not reflect the level of service suggested by those reviews. Even a brief response or acknowledgment would have been appreciated.

Mark has carried out various projects for us since we moved into house in august. He has gone way above and beyond to get the work done at a reasonable price and in good time and very reliable. We had a leak coming through our shower floor into our lounge. We tried a tradesman who was unable to rectify the problem. Apr solutions came over with short notice and solved the issue there and then for us. Great service, will be using again soon for our boiler service, and for any other plumbing work we may require!

Mark fitted Hive thermostats to our radiators this month. He gave great advice and ensured we only paid for what we needed. He worked quickly and was careful not to leave any mess. I would definitely recommend APH Solutions

Excellent work. Good quote and given the fact this was an emergency situation we weren’t exploited at all (new boiler urgently needed due to old one totally died). Mark worked relentlessly to get us sorted. I was very pleased that he didn’t just take easy options when, by spending a bit more time, he could deliver a better solution, even if it was “just” aesthetically more pleasing. Always left the house tidy and made sure he communicated any time the water needed to be turned off.
He provided options and explained them. We’ll be using him again for other non urgent jobs.

Mark has recently replaced our boiler including removing water tanks, repositioning the boiler and moving pipework to allow for improvements to our bathroom. All work carried out to a very high standard and site left clean and tidy. Mark was hardworking, patient (despite the issues arising from a very old heating system) and very professional.
