Stanley, Stephen and Tony installed our pergola and we are absolutely delighted with it. They were so lovely to deal with throughout the day and the whole process was so quick. They were really efficient and fully cleaned up the garden before they left. I would highly recommend Apex and especially these 3 guys that were absolute gents!

From sales to installation Apex Veranda’s provided a friendly and highly professional service. Martin in the sales team was very knowledgeable and stepped us through the process and the decision process. The installation team arrived on time, were clean and tidy when working and completed the job quickly making sure to go over the features and ensure we were happy with the installation before wrapping up. I would highly recommend.

We was just happy from us first visit in Verandas show house. Staff very nice and helpfull. Boys camed out and they bild up a veranda in few hours, next day they camed out and they put up the last glass that needed to be cut.We are very satisfied.Thank you.

Had a glass veranda put in over our decking. Martin was a great help, advising us and directing us on which way to go about it. We recently had a veranda installed from Apex Verandas. We received excellent advice and feedback from Martin throughout the whole process and we were very happy with the end result. We also received an excellent recommendation for someone to put down our patio after our veranda was installed.

Exceptional service and a flawless veranda install

We’ve just had a 4m x 6m veranda installed by Apex Verandas, fully glazed on all sides, and the whole experience has been outstanding from start to finish.

From the first conversation, Paul (sales) was brilliant - genuinely customer-focused, knowledgeable, and never once pushy. Unlike other vendors we spoke with, there was no pressure around deposits or rushing decisions, just clear advice and support and allowing us plenty of back and forth time to clarify questions.

Because we’re based in Killarney and high winds are always a consideration, Paul also arranged a call with the company owner, Andrew, to go through some of my technical questions properly. Andrew was incredibly reassuring and thorough - he even contacted their offices in Germany to carry out profile mapping for our area before proceeding. That level of due diligence from Paul and Andrew gave us real confidence we were making the right choice.

On installation, Dean and the team were excellent: friendly, professional, and meticulous in how they worked. The job was scheduled for two days and took an additional half day, which we were completely happy with - it was clear they were taking the time to get everything exactly right rather than rushing.

The end result looks fantastic and the quality of the workmanship is top-class. If you’re considering a veranda and want a company that’s professional, transparent, and genuinely cares about doing the job properly, then I can’t recommend Apex Verandas highly enough. Super guys across the board.

After much research and deliberation we chose Apex Verandas to install our veranda, A decision, which was based primarily on their professional approach, knowledge of their product and value for money. What a great decision.
From the initial visit to their showroom in Ballymoney, where there are various units on display, the process to completion has been seamless.
The installation was carried out by Stanley, Stephen and Harvey who worked tirelessly to complete the veranda on schedule. These boys are a credit to the company, good tidy workers, friendly and a pleasure to have around your home.
We’re enjoying the delights of our new veranda, one of the best decisions we’ve made in a long time.

We took the time to visit there site in Ballymoney where Adam took the time to explain the pros and cons of all the products for what we were looking for. As we’re looking to have it combine with the house and garage. With finally deciding on the one we wanted the surveyor visited our home. After that we had a very short wait which Seamus kept us in touch all the way before Stanley, Stephen & Harvey arrived to do their magic and install the bespoke veranda and tying it in nicely with the house and garage. Couldn’t fault the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Apex. You get what you pay for.

We recently had a veranda installed by Apex Verandas, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. At the quoting stage, Martin was incredibly helpful and patient—listening to our requests and offering multiple options with different measurements to suit our space. He also invited us to visit the showroom, which gave us a much clearer idea of the materials and finishes available. That made the decision process much easier.
On installation day, Lukasz and Jurek arrived promptly and took the job seriously. They checked in with us throughout, made sure we were happy with each step, and showed real care in their work. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made a big impression.

We recently had a veranda built by this amazing team and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, everything was handled with care and professionalism. The quality of the materials used is top notch, and the final veranda is well finished and absolutely gorgeous.
The crew were incredibly skilled and clearly knew what they were doing. They’ve built the entire veranda from scratch in just two days, and better yet, they were ready to work from 8 am on the dot! The communication, both with the crew and the office, was easy and smooth. They asked me questions about the best position for the veranda’s roof, and I truly felt that they cared to make the best product possible.
Finally, there was a tiny unfortunate accident where one of the glass panels broke during transport. I was impressed when the company took full responsibility, reassured me immediately and said that they wouldn’t request final payment until the replacement panel was installed. Such integrity is rare, and very appreciated.
Overall, I simply cannot recommend this company more
