This feedback is regarding the purchase experience with this company, including: the availability of product and product information; payment process; ease of purchase transaction, in general; delivery arrangements; communications; and ease of product delivery. All of these things were successful. The purchase was delivered in two batches: one by commercial carrier (such as, Fedex, UPS, or DHL), which came within a week or less; the other by sea freight, which came within a reasonable period of time considering oversea logistics. I did not worry whether either delivery would arrive. All packages arrived with no damages to the packaging, well taped, labeled, and bill of lading. One might expect some scrapes, dents, or marks to the exterior shipping packaging; however, there were none in this case. A spot check of the package contents showed that the purchased items had indeed been shipped in the box and were nicely wrapped or in original unopened bags. There could be many risks involved with international purchase and shipment of products, such as electronics, but I did not experience any of that worry in this transaction with the company. The communication during all aspects of the purchase and delivery were exceptional. BRAVO

The KS5L has a great cooling system and runs very smoothly. It's also priced pretty fairly.

I am working with Apexto for about 2 years now, and never had any issue. They helped me contact factory and organize repair of one miner. They always delivered on time, and if there was a delay, it was caused by asic manufacturers, not Apexto itself. Rena Zeng is always available, even outside of working hours, and always friendly and helpful.

staff told me to pay the diffence because the miner was worth more than my pre order a couple months back (antminer s21 hydro) had to pay around 1500$ more
