I've been renting cars/vans from Apex…
I've been renting cars/vans from Apex Eastbourne for well over 10yrs solid now and in my honest opinion, they are the best rental company around and I’ve tried them all. They are very customer focused from the initial booking to the hand back. This mainly due to the very professional staff headed by Paul and Jodie and not forgetting Josh who is my go to account handler.
The vehicles they rent are brand new and always a top trim level as standard with unmatched pricing. There is always a worry with some rental companies that once the vehicle is handed back there will be some form of extras tried on. But not with these guys, everything by the book and on the small occasions that i have caused some minor damage (Which happens) they price the repair very fairly.
I will continue to rent vehicles from Apex Eastbourne for as long as they will have me, as like I’ve said there is not another company that comes close in price and service.

Worked with Josh at APEX to sort out a Long Term Rental. My 4 year lease had come to an end and I am emigrating to Italy in September so only needed something for 6 months. Josh sourced me a Ford Ranger Diesel, he kept me up to date on lead times and availability of vehicles, he was really patient with me in sorting the forms and insurance. Would definitely work with APEX again.

Really pleasant experience renting a van for a few days. Price was unbeatable, can was fully equipped and lovely to drive and the company offices are so well-maintained. It all adds up to a premium service for a good price. Highly recommend.

Great service from start to finish
Just sorted out the rental of a vehicle from Apex for the next 4 months. Service was super efficient, dealt with all the paperwork in no time at all. All very efficient and amazingly quick and easy. Car delivered within a week of first contacting Apex and now happily driving it around.

Excellent service as usual
Have used Apex a few times before and always the same great service. Elise went out of her way to secure me the van I needed and the whole experience was great. Even a broken windscreen didn't spoil the experience - luckily I had taken out a ReduceMyExcess.co.uk policy and got all my deposit back in the end. My only regret is that I have now moved out of Eastbourne and they are no longer my local hire company. Thank you all at Apex!
