Unreachable and Unresponsive
I’ve called Apex Learning 15+ times a day for over a week. Every time, I get put on hold and then disconnected — not once has anyone answered. I followed their instructions and emailed instead, but never got a reply. An employee I reached by accident said she’d escalate my issue as urgent, but that was three days ago and still nothing (8 total working days). This isn’t just poor service — it’s jeopardizing my son’s senior year. Families deserve better.
