Five years ago I had a major back surgery which left my left leg immobile and I now have to use a walker. After a while my legs started to weaken and it was hard to get around and get up from sitting, I started Muscle Defense about 7-8 months ago, and it made significant difference in my legs, now I’ve gotten back a lot of my strength and it’s so much easier to get up out of chairs and walking, plus I’ve lost weight and feel so much better and stronger, thankyou Dr Gapin

Responsive company; not sure about the value of the product.
The company responds well to email requests and actually pays attention when they should...even on weekends. That said, I have not noticed any change in my physical condition since starting my use of the product some months ago. So does it actually make a difference? Well, none that I can tell. While it does not hurt, it does not seem to change my condition as compared to any off-the shelf protein powder I have ever used. Maybe it's just me!
Pumped Again
When I look in the mirror my muscles look pumped, not deflated like I'm used to seeing. In fact even when I was younger I never felt like my muscles stayed pumped like they do now. I would always get a good pump from a workout, but it wouldn't last long. In my older years I felt like I was just going through the motions and at least staying fit. Now I feel like my workouts are creating results and that is a great motivator. I believe it is all due to this product, and I highly recommend it to anyone of any age.

AMAZING PRODUCT!!!
I stumbled across Apex Labs while scrolling the Google app. As a man who is age 54, the message piqued my interest immediately. I try to keep myself in good shape so I can continue to provide for my family for years to come. I also have a nine year old daughter. She can be a handful. Especially for an “older” father. She is flourishing in competitive cheer, and the schedule can be overwhelming at times. Travel and special events throughout the country takes its toll as well. I tried the Muscle Defense powder to add to my already strict supplement routine. I tried the strawberries and cream and the taste is amazing. I use a scoop in the morning and another at night for recovery from workouts and the stress of everyday life. The thing that stands out about Apex Labs is the customer service. It’s top notch. They actually care about a persons goals and want to be a fundamental part of that process. I have received phone calls from Great Britain to offer me special pricing for my supplements. Amazing! Highly recommend. The product is awesome too! Boosted energy throughout the day from a scoop in the morning and the nighttime scoop helps me sleep through the night. I don’t know how it has both effects, but I don’t care! I have been using the product for over 6 months now and the results are obvious to coworkers and family. My wife is thrilled for the added performance behind closed doors as well. Get some NOW!!!

When I first tried Muscle Defense I…
When I first tried Muscle Defense I thought to would just be your ordinary powder. After the first drink of Chocolate Muscle Defense mix, I was overwhelm with pure enjoyment. Now I have three different flavors of Muscle Defense. I recently stopped wasting my money on over the counters vitamin supplements.
But I truely love mixing Muscle Defense drinks and savoring them between meals. I continue to conduct routine exercising like walking and even have started practicing Tai Chi exercising. My blood pressure is now well under control but as I continue to repair other ailments I still take some, but fewer medications. I believe that the contents and flavors of Muscle Defense make me a happier person.

Helping me get to my goals
Muscle Defense is one of the supplements that I take to help me get lean and more muscular at age 65. I have worked on getting in shape and losing fat around the middle for many years. I would have great success losing weight which wasn't really what I wanted. Yes, I wanted a smaller pants size but I dreamed of the V shape that many men wish for. Bigger chest and arms, being able to notice my abs, and having a smaller waist. Mostly I want definition of my muscles, with less fat but not huge bulky muscles. I don't want to look like a body builder just want to be in shape and look good in clothes and feel like I can still conquer the world. I truly believe that Muscle Defense has allowed me to get off of a plateau, have more motivation, and work harder to achieve my goals. I got heavy at one point in my life at 215 lbs with a 39 inch waist. Now, I am at a 32 inch waist and 160 lbs. with muscles I can see. I'm not finished yet and am more motivated than ever. I weigh what I did at age 17 and have more muscle! I can't recommend this product enough. The staff has been helpful in making sure that I am happy and getting me the best deal for my money. Fantastic company!

Right Stuff
I've been on the ,DL, for over 25yrs from a spinal injury, cervical, thoracic and lumbar. It happened when I was 42yrs old. But through all the surgeries, physical therapy, chiropractors still can't replace the nutritional needs of the body. For years I kept feeling weaker, I eat, exercised, went to doctors, but I still wasn't getting much better. But as we get older, our bodies stop producing, it's just a fact of life. Till I did my own research and found Muscle Defense by Apex Labs, they know what your muscles, body needs to keep functioning properly. I'm slowly getting stronger, but slow and steady keeps your body functioning better.
You've got to check these guys out, they've got the right stuff.
Building muscle after losing weight
When I was 30 years old and had just finished up training in residency as a family physician I weighed 238 lb and had a BMI of 30.56. I got in to private pracrice and was soon working unusually long hours and felt I didn't have time to exercise. 2 years later I was with a colleague that I trained with and I told him, "I am too busy to exercise." He made a statement that changed my life. He said, "Over a lifetime I can probably get by with 1 hour less of sleep, but over a lifetime it would be very detrimental to skip exercising for an hour a day." I heard the statement and thought to myself, "This is profound. I am going to change tomorrow", and I did. I immediately joined a gym and religiously set my clock for 4:40 a.m. in order to get to the gym at 5:00 a.m. I did this for 8 straight years and managed to lose 8 lb. I called this success because at least I wasn't continuing to gain weight. I then got braces on my teeth and suddenly eating wasn't nearly as pleasureable as in the past and decided to take advantage of the situation and decided to cut back on what I was eating. I was amazed that over 6 months time I dropped down to 204 lb. I kept exercising the same and maintained that weight for about another 20 years. I would tell my patients that to lose weight you diet and to maintain the weight you have to exercise all the while noticing that I was still about 10 to 14 lb over my ideal body weight. I resigned myself to the fact that I would have to accept that I didn't have what it takes to get to the ideal body weight. About 3 years ago at Christmas time, my daughter asked me what my New Year's resolution was going to be. Before I realized what I was saying, I responded, "I am going to hit my ideal body weight by March"! I almost immediately regretted saying that, because I had previously told myself that I didn't have what it took to do that. Even 1 to 1 1/2 hours a day at the gym 6 days a week hadn't taken me there despite 28 years of consistency. However, making the commitment to someone I loved raised the bar and I immediately gave up all of the proclivities related to eating that I hadn't addressed in the past and I was amazed at the success. There was nearly daily visual and palpable results and it really wasn't that hard to make the necessary adjustments in the diet. I actually hit 180 lb by the first of March, and I was seeing my abs for the first time in my life, as I was a little chubby even as a child. Once again I replaced my wardrobe and all my clothes were baggy. However I noticed that my arms and forerms were smaller and I had lost ground in my upper body strength as in those months I was doing almost exclusively cardio. That is when I read about Muscle Defense from Apex Labs. I thought to myself. I have seen marketing my whole life and felt like you had to believe the reported results are about 10% of the truth, but I am now in my early 60s and the cost wasn't an issue and the worst thing that would happen, was it would be easier to hit my daily protein goals so I started on a Muscle Defense drink twice a day and started focusing 1/2 hour MWF on upper body strength while still doing about 1 hour of cardio. I have a knee that is getting old, so I having been lifting weights with the lower extremities, rationalizing that 1 hour on the stairmaster ought to keep my legs strong. I relaxed my diet some and try to get 2 g/kg of protein into my diet, using Fair Life milk as the other supplement and eating a lot of chicken. After about 3 months my bench press was as good or better than 30 years ago and I was soon doing the whole stack on the lat machine and was doing 10 sets of 90 lb on the curls and 150 lb on the dips and the whole stack on the ab machine and was actually enjoying military presses for the first time in my life. I gained back up to my ideal body weight and my skinny jeans still fit the same and my belt didn't creep up a notch, so I feel like I have gained at least 7 lb of muscle back and only about 3 lb of fat, which I am going to get rid of next. I am not dieting, but have mostly expunged candy and sweets from my indulgences and I actually enjoy seeing myself without my shirt on in the morning while shaving and still feeling like I can do anything I want with all the endurance I need. I do believe Muscle Defense has helped me, but I don't have any other products to compare to and I have never tried creatine. I have once again reached a plateau on the weight training and don't seem to be continuing to make gains, but hey, what can a 62 year old guy expect? I am as strong now as I was at age 30 and in way better shape. I wish I would have learned some of these lessons earlier in my life.

I'm 65 and feel sure that Muscle Defense has impacted my fitness and supportive of my Very Active life style. (I don't sit still very much, especially after our July 4th river disaster.)
I also realize that when I actually 'workout' in the gym, my muscle mass increases accordingly, and quickly.
So, if I want to increase my mass and size, I can get there pretty fast with Muscle Defense.

Solid product line with excellent…
Solid product line with excellent communications and fulfillment. I was a 'supplement skeptic' until I started using Apex Labs` Muscle Defense and Joint Ranger at age 62. Now I can ride my bike and paddle my surfboard like I did 20 years ago.
Great tasting, easy to prepare and great results
I was really in a low energy rut back in 2024 and knew I had to do something, I started taking Muscle Defense on 4 April 2024. I was faithfully taking it every day till an overseas trip interrupted my regimen, I actually saw a change in my energy level while gone and I didn't like it. Once back on my schedule, things picked up almost immediately, I even lost a little weight. I've stayed with Muscle Defense since then and I must say, I feel great. With my 76th birthday coming in a couple months I don't plan on changing anything,
Lifesaving Experience!
Muscle Defense has been a vital part of my recovery from severe strength, endurance, and mobility issues.
Beginning one year ago, I struggled with severe pain, immobility, and muscle loss. By October I could barely walk or do even the smallest physical tasks.
Working with my doctors and physical therapy, good nutrition was the key to restoring my good health and active lifestyle. Rebuilding and maintaining muscle was and is a major part of my daily self care routine.
I highly recommend Muscle Defense to my family, friends, and patients. It is the premier protein supplement, and in my case, a lifesaving Godsend.
Thanks Dr Gapin!

I really don’t exercise as often as I should, but I try to exercise a few times a week.(Pushup’s Treadmill etc)
I also try to eat healthy and at 64 years old that’s very important.
I don’t normally eat breakfast, I just take my vitamins and have coffee. But when you take a lot of vitamins you need something on your stomach. That’s why I love Muscle Defense shakes. I really look forward to having them every morning. I mix the Vanilla with the Chocolate brownie and I add a little bit of half and half. It makes a perfect shake! I’ve never missed a day having one since I started getting them. I think they are great!!
I would recommend them to anyone!
Thank you so much!!

I use muscle defense twice a day
I use muscle defense twice a day. Morning and night to keep up with all I do every day. I'm a working contractor for 43 years. I do remodel work, bathrooms, kitchens, attic rooms, bonus rooms and wreck my body most every day. I stretch and do yoga most mornings to prep my body for the abuse I put it through each day. This product keeps me stronger and more energized. I'm also a regular golfer.

I have been training in the gym since…my mid thirties I’m now 83
I have been training in the gym since my early 30’s and have been an Apex Labs user for a couple years. Great product that works. I’m 83 years old and over the past two and a half years have gone through two different cancer surgeries with infusions and radiation. I am now cancer free and believe that with God’s help, workouts and Apex Labs I can continue this journey.
