Top Services and Products

I’m very happy of the professionalism of the APEX Team. They were facing a little delay for the shipping of my products and immediately they apologized and said they were doing all the necessary to fix this logistical issue. They are VERY concerned about the client! After that they did the follow-up! Thank You APEX

Delivered as promised

Our order was delivered in the promised timeframe. The cutting boards are as advertised. They are light and easy to store. Will likely order again.

Scam

Scam - Received a used board already scratched heavily and gets worse every time I use it. Metal shavings in my food are not better than plastic shavings. The craftsmanship is poor with rough edges and it’s very thin. If I dropped this on my foot I could cut my toes off. Someone should send these cutting boards to the lab because I believe they are zero percent titanium- probably surgical steel which is not magnetic. Avoid at all costs!

Cancelling the order

An email sent to the company to see if they can cancel my order which I accidentally put through. They said it cannot be done as it was on a special. Also the promo code provided by them does not work on the checkout. Emailed them they said they cannot do anything about that. Do not recommend this company which is very dishonest.

You like me will be seduced by the glitzy web site
with all the spiel of this wondrous metal and all the
free gifts once you order.

You like me will receive no free gifts you will discover
these are mostly downloads. As for the free non slip mat
Its nowhere to be seen.

When trialing these indestructible Titanium chopping boards
you will realise they are far from it.
My paring knife left very deep cuts and to a lesser degree so
did the butter knife and the dessert spoon.

You like me will contact the above website with photographic
evidence were you will be given a lesson in insincerity and
gaslighting and told THIS DOES NOT WARRANT A REFUND.

If a refund had been warranted I doubt I would had got any of it because_

They say
You will pay for the return postage.
You will pay a 15% restocking fee
The item must be unused, in its original packaging,
And in the same condition as received.

They say
Once your return is received and inspected,
They will notify you of the outcome.
If approved a full or partial refund depending on the item’s condition.

I say
You are free to buy a couple of these Titanium copping boards yourself if you want.

And lastly if you somehow believe these are actual TITANIUM copping boards then you will be overjoyed and ecstatic with your outcome.
And rest assured if believed (this family run business) will be to.

Do not purchase from this company

Do not purchase from this company. I did not receive the recipe book, the care kit, the additional 2 cutting board mats (I ordered 3 boards) and the $55 voucher. I also cannot find out how to return the boards. I have sent 4 requests and have not heard back once.

Stay Away

My experience with this company was identical to what other customers have reported in their negative reviews. I do not recommend purchasing from them. If you do decide to buy, be prepared for disappointing quality, potential issues with refunds and the possibility of needing to involve your bank to recover your money.

Avoid

They sent me a faulty board (it was badly bent). They said this happened in transit. I’m not sure how that could happen with something made from titanium during delivery but they are extremely thin. I asked for a refund. They said they would send a replacement. I replied and said I don’t want a replacement, I want a refund as the item is faulty. They said they would send a replacement. I said again I wanted a refund. They ignored this and sent a replacement and only got back to me after it had arrived over a week later which was obviously tactical. I feel totally scammed and stupid for buying from this company. I wish I’d read reviews here first.

Excellent Customer Service

Apex's customer service has been so prompt and impeccable. They patiently and efficiently addressed my concerns. I had purchased both the small and medium cutting boards, and now I'm hooked. I will be purchasing the large one as well!

Completely misleading advertising and…

Completely misleading advertising and images. I believe this is a sham company masquerading as a "family" business and exploiting people's anxieties regarding micro plastics in this current environment. Ended up with a poor quality, 4mm thin board that is more likely to remove my toe should it fall from a table, than protect my long term health from micro plastics.
Company has no returns on sale items - items always seem to be sale.
Return costs a third of cost.
Please learn from my mistakes - avoid.
Note - costumer service very responsive, whilst not actually helping or acknowledging their part in a piss poor product

Worth the wait

An acknowledgement of the order would have been nice. And it took s.......o long for the boards to arrive. But they were safely delivered, and were well packaged and protected. The boards look very smart, and take up far less room than my now defunct, old, plastic chopping boards. Because I have been away, I have only used them once, so it is too soon to see if they become stained with red pepper, or reek of garlic and onion, as my plastic boards did - despite all the scrubbing and bleaching. Time will tell, but, at the moment, I am very happy.

I believe this company is a scam

I believe this company is a scam. The boards that I received were very thin with sharp edges and scratched so badly on the first use that I am sure there were metal shavings in my food. When I clicked on the email logo to their website to initiate the return, the link took me to a clothing store! As the other reviews said, their return policy is a scam. No 100 day money back guarantee as stated on top of their website. Instead they offered to send me a replacement which I declined but they proceeded to process the order anyway.
The way they get so many good reviews is by offering you a free board if you record yourself reviewing the board. I wish I did more research before I bought it, will have to dispute with the credit card company.
