They allow owner collusion Updated

They allow owner collusion. No mechanisms to prevent one person from having several teams. Trades aren't voted on. Commish never denies a trade. I actually suspect it could be their own bots integrated to give "house advantage". All I know is I've been in Fantasy Leagues for 30+ years and have never seen the things I've seen in Apex Leagues.
Beware!

Ok..little update after Apex replied. They do have "mechanisms" that are as easy to bypass as creating a couple accounts and sending in 2 fraudulent forms of ID (they don't do formal checks against the ID you send in..AFAIK). When it comes to betting, gambling, anything profit-motivated there will be folks that take advantage. You can surely take advantage of Apex Fantasy League.

I've seen some of the most suspect moves imaginable that, again, in 30 years of running and participating in fantasy leagues with "real" people...not anonymous strangers..have transpired.

Stuff that takes the fun away from playing. And, I realize when anonymity is prevalent things are going to play out quite differently than when you know your fellow owners. But, some of the things just gravitate into the bizarre.

For example..A last place team just traded off Kelce (arguably the most valuable player in the league now that Mcaffrey is on the shelf) for Najee Harris.the other players involved were pretty much a wash. Basically, a trade of Harris for Kelce. Harris, albeit a rookie with potential, ain't showed anything on a struggling Steelers team in decline. Potential just means you ain't done it yet. Kelce has his whole career and big-time the first couple weeks of this season.

THEN, the same guy that traded Kelce put $400 of his $500 budget for a 2nd string RB Cordarelle Patterson. 15 weeks still left in the season and he spends nearly his entire budged on a back-up. He didn't own the starter to even give it handcuff rationale.

There were 3 other trades before the season even started that were semi-odd. But, I held my tongue. When it started rolling into "you're playing with my money and corrupting the league land" I protested.

Commissioner (they do get back to you fairly quick) said mine was the only protest so he couldn't do anything. If mine was the only protest I believe one of 3 things a)The commish flat isn't getting all his email (I would never suggest he's lying) b.)I'm playing with a league of owners that really don't care c.)Collusion.

If it's not collusion it's owners that just shouldn't be participating because their extremely suspect actions affect all of the rest of us that trust everything is on the up-and-up. And, I suppose, that's the Pandora's Box that playing in online league's with people/things you don't know open up.

These statements are not true.

1. Each owner can only own one team in each league. Owners must verify their accounts (like other contest providers) and each account can only be entered in one league.

2. Our trade rules are publicly listed and require two requests for review for a trade to enter the review process. This owner was aware of these rules, as they were personally emailed to him the prior season, and he chose to play on Apex again, agreeing to abide by this rule.

3. When a trade is requested to be reviewed by multiple teams, it enters the review process. As detailed in our rules, the review process includes two juries voting on the fairness of a trade. One jury includes the 10 owners of the league not involved in the trade, the other jury is composed of random owners in similar Apex leagues. If both sides vote independently that the trade should be overturned, it is overturned.

4. There are no "bots" on Apex. Each team requires an active, paying owner. The money for each owner is then held in trust until the winners are paid out.

Customer For Life

This is by far the best fantasy football site if you want to play public leagues for money...the payouts are great (especially with the enhancements), LOVE the two-games per week idea (this helps mitigate the random "strength of schedule" aspect of fantasy football), and they offer a bunch of different price points.

What really sets Apex apart is their customer service. I receive an answer to my emails from a live person usually within minutes, sometimes even within 60 seconds. When I had trouble with the drafting software minutes before my draft, they even reached out to me asking if I needed assistance (I did not prompt them to do this, they took the initiative).

During the season, they have an excellent system of ensuring that there is no collusion or unfair trades going through and dealing with people who have abandoned their teams.

All in all, there is really zero chance I go anywhere else to play fantasy football online other than Apex. They've won me over for good.

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. The commissioner micro manages everything, and if you are not in the click any trade you make will be reversed, and if you complain you get kicked out. Look elsewhere

Apex is proud that its commissioners will act when problems arise. Sadly, not everyone will agree with the commissioner's decisions. Just to be clear, we will not tolerate racist, antisemitic, or bigoted content introduced into our leagues.

Great Fantasy Football Leagues

Apex hosts my favorite Fantasy Football leagues. I have been playing with Apex for years because I love the settings and the managers are fun to play with. There is a good mixture of competition levels so there is something for everyone. Weather you want to play a $75 or $1000 league. I play a lower stakes league with my son each year, and we manage the team together. I also play several more expensive leagues.

State of the Art..5 Stars

I have played Fantasy Sports since 1991 (Baseball with friends, later Internet Leagues) and Fantasy Football online for about 8-10 years.

Apex is incredible, flawless software, easy pages to navigate and conduct Draft--BTW I prefer "Slow/e-mail" Drafts which they offer many of--and everything foreseeable covered.

The thing that sets them apart (above) IMO is the reachability of the Site's operators via multiple avenues if necessary to reach them. An unequivocal 5 Star rating.

I only wish they did a few Slow Draft Fantasy Baseball Leagues.

Best paid F.F. league out there

Hands down the best paid fantasy football platform i've ever played on. They offer deeper starter lineups, blind bidding for free agents and, my favorite, you play against the average! This is great for the competitive players out there that play in multiple leagues because it helps ensure the best teams finish at the top. And everyone else... well..... where they belong.

And best of all.... Their customer service is astounding. You can line them up against anyone - Chik-fil-a, Nordstrom, Trader Joe's, doesn't matter.

Apex. Over. Everyone.

Apex is a site for real fantasy football players

Apex Fantasy Football Money Leagues is the best site for true fantasy football players. The settings are ideal for the way fantasy football should be played. The team of Mike and Asher really do an amazing job of keeping the leagues fair and on track. They are always available if I have a question and even gave me a courtesy call to remind me I had a league drafting that I had totally forgotten about. Apex is the only place I play Fantasy football.

Great leagues, phenomenal customer service.

This is the 2nd straight year I have used Apex for fantasy football and could not be happier with my experiences. I left a big name league due to the trade deadlines, scoring and payouts to join Apex for a much more user friendly format. I also have emailed the customer support over the last two years and have always revived an email very abruptly and always on point. I cannot see myself leaving Apex for any other league and I plan on joining 5-6 Apex leagues in 2016. This guys do it right and are a pleasure to work with.
